The house features a cozy, bright living room with a wood-burning stove and heat pump, which opens onto the terraces. Adjacent to the living room is the kitchen area, equipped with a modern kitchen that includes four stovetop burners and a separate large oven.

The sleeping arrangements include two bedrooms: one with a double bed and a large room with two single beds (which can be pushed together to form a double bed). The bathroom is well-maintained and includes a shower and washing machine. For young guests, there is a high chair and a crib.

The house has a large lawn, perfect for play and outdoor relaxation, as well as several terraces with garden furniture and a barbecue. The good swimming beach at Lyngsbæk is approximately 4 km away.

The area around Lyngsbæk Beach is quiet and charming, with a good, child-friendly beach nearby. There are several restaurants and daily shopping options in the area. The hilly landscape is ideal for walking and cycling.

Ebeltoft town, with its many tourist attractions, is about a 10-minute drive from the house. Highlights include the old Town Hall, a popular wedding venue, and the harbor, which offers several good restaurants and daily fresh fish. The Glasmuseum, a leading museum for modern glass art, and the historic frigate Fregatten Jylland are also located here.

Ree Park, where you can get close to wild animals, is about a 15-minute drive away. Both Kattegatcentret in Grenaa and Djurs Sommerland, the largest amusement park in the Nordic countries, are approximately a 30-minute drive from the house.
