The holiday home is located just a 15-minute walk or 3-minute drive from one of Denmark's most beautiful and child-friendly beaches in Marielyst. Wellness under the open sky Outdoors, your very own private wellness area awaits you with an electric sauna for four people and a spacious spa, heated to a comfortable 38 degrees (open March–November). From May to October, there is also access to an outdoor shower – perfect after a dip in the sea or a day in the sun.

Stylish interior & modern facilities Inside, the house offers a bright and open kitchen-dining room with all modern facilities: dishwasher, oven, microwave and coffee maker. In the living room, you can relax in comfortable furniture in front of a smart TV with streaming services, enjoy the crackling wood-burning stove and use free Wi-Fi. The house is also child-friendly with a high chair, travel cot and a selection of board games.

Space for the whole family The cottage has three bedrooms:

Two rooms with single beds (can be joined to make double beds)

One room with double bed and bunk bed

A loft with two extra sleeping spaces – ideal for children and young people

One of the rooms is equipped with a games console and TV, while another has a dart board - perfect for both relaxation and entertainment. There are two modern bathrooms with showers and underfloor heating, and the house has both a washing machine and a dryer.

Large nature plot with activities The 1,840 m² plot offers green areas and a spacious terrace with garden furniture, sun loungers, parasols and a charcoal grill (stored in a shed in winter). There is also a covered terrace, which invites you to spend pleasant outdoor moments regardless of the weather. The children will love the two football goals and the buried trampoline. There is also a fixed drying rack for drying clothes outside.

Electric car friendly For electric car owners, a Type 2 charging box has been installed, which is easily used with a key fob that is provided upon arrival.
