There are 5 bright bedrooms with single beds, some beds are combinable. Two of the bedrooms is suitable for children with beds 170 cm long and 70 cm wide.

The kitchen is well-equipped. In the bright living room you can enjoy the view of the garden through the large panoramic windows. There is a 46" TV with surround sound system, satellite dish and Blu-ray. There is a sunbed on the mezzanine. There are parquet floors throughout the whole house. Heat the house by using the oil-fired burner or electric heating.

There is a trampoline (use at your own risk), swing and sandbox. Plenty of space for outdoor play and ballgames. No letting to youth groups.
