Modern and spacious holiday home built in 2023, located in the popular Marielyst Strandpark area, approximately 1,300 metres from one of Denmark’s finest and most family-friendly sandy beaches. Marielyst town centre is also nearby, offering shops, supermarkets and restaurants.

The cosy living room is open-plan with the modern kitchen, which is equipped with a coffee machine, ice maker, juicer, induction hob, separate oven, fridge-freezer and dishwasher. The living room has a Smart TV, and Wi-Fi is available throughout the holiday home. A PlayStation 3 is also provided for entertainment.

The house is heated by an energy-efficient air-to-water heat pump as well as an air-to-air heat pump.

There are two bedrooms, both furnished with a double bed. In addition, the house has two sleeping lofts, each with two sleeping places.

The holiday home has two bathrooms, each with a toilet, washbasin and shower. There is also a washing machine and tumble dryer in the entrance hall.

The house is situated on a 370 m² plot. The spacious terrace is equipped with garden furniture, a parasol and sun loungers. A gas barbecue and some outdoor toys are also provided, making it an ideal place to relax and enjoy cosy summer evenings with the family.

Close to the house, there is a large shared outdoor area which guests are free to use. It is suitable for football and other ball games.

The holiday home is also conveniently located close to bowling, a golf course, the Welcome Centre and a Put & Take fishing lake. Shops and the centre of Marielyst are also within easy reach.
