The house offers 4 bedrooms with double beds and a loft area with 2 single sleeping spaces, TV, and PlayStation — perfect for children and the young at heart. There are two bathrooms in the house, both equipped with toilet, washbasin, and shower. The living room features a smart TV and internet access. The holiday home is situated on a large 900 m² plot with plenty of space for play and relaxation. The impressive wooden terrace surrounds the entire house and can be accessed from several rooms. Here you will find garden furniture, sun loungers, and a charcoal grill for cozy summer evenings. The terrace also includes a lovely wellness area with a wilderness hot tub and outdoor shower. Electric vehicle charging station available (Type 2 – IEC 62196-2). Not rented to youth groups.A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date. The security deposit ensures a smooth stay and covers any additional services or consumption charges.This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken.The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.This deposit simply acts as a prepayment for charges that  you would anyways pay for, ensuring a seamless stay and check-out experience.
