Holiday home suitable for 8 persons as well as 1 child up to 3 years. The holiday home is 104 m² and is build in 2003. You can bring along 1 pet. The holiday home is equipped with 1 energy-friendly air-to-water heat pump. There is floorheating all over the holiday home. The holiday home has washing machine. Tumble dryer. Freezer capacity of 80 litres. Further more there is 1 wood-burning stove. For the youngest ones there is 1 high chair.

Outside
The holiday home is situated on a 1100 m² garden site. Situated 40 m from the sea. A terrace belong to the holiday home. Swing. Sandbox. Trampoline. Play tower. Slide. Barbecue at your disposal. Parking place by the holiday home.

Bed situation
All together there are 3 bedrooms. The beds are divided on: 6 sleeping places in single beds. 2 sleeping places on mattresses. 2 of these sleeping accommodations are located on the bed-loft of the house. Moreover 1 cot for a baby (0-3 years).

Kitchen
The kitchen is equipped with 1 refrigerator. There are 4 induction cooking plates, hot-air oven, microwave oven and dishwasher.

Toilet and bathroom
There are 2 bathrooms with shower cabinet and 2 toilets. There is floor heating in 2 bathrooms.

Das Haus hat für einen Strandurlaub eine wunderbare Lage, nur wenige Schritte und man ist am Wasser. Auch verpflegen kann man sich in unmittelbarer Nähe (Bäcker, Eins, Imbiss). Für ein leckeres Eis lohnen sich aber auch die 2km Fußweg bis Marielyst. < br />Wir haben unseren Urlaub in den vergangenen 30Jahren häufig in Marielyst verbracht. Wir hatten schon wirklich schöne Häuser. Manchmal gab es auch Mängel. Bei diesem Haus wollte der Funke nicht so recht übesrpingen. Richtig heimisch haben wir uns nicht gefühlt. Das lag vor allem an der Enge in den Schlaf-"kabinen" und den weiter vorn beschriebenen Wartungsmängeln. Auch die angedrohte Geldstrafe bei Änderung von Fernseheinstellungen war bisher einmalig.

Die Lage das Hauses ist absolut optimal. Es sind nur wenige Meter bis zum Strand. Ein Bäcker befindet sich fußläufig nur wenige Meter vom Haus entfernt. Achtung! Nach der Hauptsaison aber mit eingeschränkten Öffnungszeiten. Das Zentrum von Marielyst ist fußläufig in 30 min zu erreichen.

Die Lage des Hauses ist top. Dicht zum Strand und zur Eisdiele, also 70% was man für einen Strandurlaub braucht. Das Grundstück ist gross und bietet Platz für Spiel und Spaß. Das Haus und die Einrichtung ist leider in die Jahre gekommen und Bedarf einer Überprüfung was in Stand gesetzt werden muss. Abgewohnter Eindruck bzgl. Wandanstriche, Couchen, Kücheneinrichtung Bäder etc. Schade das Haus hat Potential.

FH ist toll und für 5 Persone mit 1 Hund viel Platz vohanden. Einrichtung ist gut und sauber (Elektrogeräte, Küche mit Zubehör, Betten oK. Die Oberlichter in der Küche erwärmten den Bereich extrem ( verdunkeln war nicht möglich ). Fußböden sind leicht zu reinigen (Haustiere). < br />Dieses FH und die tolle Lage zum Meer, kann man jeder Zeit weiter empfehlen.

- super Lage, sehr nahe am Mehr < br />- für die Kinder war das Trampolin im Garten in Highlight < br />- Supermärkte und Co. auch mit dem Fahrrad gut erreichbar < br />- große Auswahl an Geschirr vorhanden < br />- Messer etc. waren leider bereits stark gebraucht und nicht mehr wirklich scharf < br />- Das Haus ist ideal für Gruppen bis 6 Personen
