Holiday home suitable for 6 persons as well as 1 child up to 3 years. The holiday home is 90 m² and is build in 1965. In 2014 the holiday home was renovated. In 2024 the holiday home was partial renovated. You can bring along 1 pet. The holiday home is equipped with energy-friendly air-to-air heat pump. The holiday home has washing machine. Freezer capacity of 10 litres. Further more there is 1 wood-burning stove. For the youngest ones there is 1 high chair.

Outside
The holiday home is situated on a 1200 m² garden site. Situated 400 m from the sea. Nearest shop is 100 m away. A terrace belong to the holiday home. Furthermore the house has a covered terrace. You find a tool shed. Swing. Sandbox. Football goal. Situated 150 m from a playground. Barbecue at your disposal. Carport is at your disposal. Parking place by the holiday home.

Bed situation
All together there are 3 bedrooms. The beds are divided on: 2 sleeping places in double bed. 4 sleeping places in single beds. 2 of these sleeping accommodations are located in the annex. Moreover 1 cot for a baby (0-3 years).

Kitchen
The kitchen is equipped with 1 refrigerator. There are 4 ceramic cooking plates, hot-air oven, microwave oven and dishwasher.

Toilet and bathroom
There is 1 bathroom with shower cabinet and 1 toilet.

Kühles zweckmässiges Haus ohne "Extras", ein Radio fehlte ebenso wie einiges im Küchenbereich. Das "Bad" mit Schimmelgeruch, winzig klein und komplett ohne Ablagefläche und Handtuchhalter. Toilettenpapier, Putzmittel, Schwämme u.s.w. unbedingt mitnehmen, da auch nicht vorhanden. Garten ungepflegt. Hundehaltung erlaubt, deshalb wohl Hundehaufen auf dem Rasen. Haus liegt direkt an der Hauptstraße, daher hört man jeden LKW. Dicht am Strand.

Vi hadde en kjempefint tid på feriehuset og koser oss veldig. Det eneste er at badet er veldig liten og dusjen er ikke så bra. Mange Hilsen Til Danmark vi kommer gjerne igjen ??

Das Haus war eine Katastrophe,das Team von Sonne und Strand kam uns sehr entgegen mit freundlichen Gesprächen und hilfeversuchen.

Das Bad ist sehr klein um nicht zu sagen es müsste sicherlich renoviert werden. Der Garten mit der Terrasse war eher ungepflegt , und alte Kugelgrills braucht kein Mensch mehr. Ansonsten gute Lage. Wir und unsere beiden Hunde haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. LG

Das Haus und das Grundstück sind schön. Der einzige Nachteil ist das Bad. Dieses Bedarf als nächstes eine Sanierung. Es ist für 3 Personen und für eine Woche ausreichend. Wenn das Bad ähnlich saniert wird wie der Rest des Hauses in der Vergangenheit wird es sehr schön werden. Wir haben uns wohl gefühlt und die Woche sehr genossen!

Vi havde en dejlig ferie i Marielyst. Sommerhusgrunden var stor og børnevenlig, og huset lå tæt på stranden. Selve huset var pænt istandsat og nymalet indvendig, men lige småt nok til 6 personer, især ift bade-/toiletforholdene. (Man går i bad lige inden for døren, der er forhæng, men man skal tørre gulvet helt op for at man efterfølgende kan benytte toilettet uden at få våde fødder.)

Das Bad/Toilette ist sehr klein und selbst bei zwei Personen kommt oft Wasser/Abwasser nach oben, die Lüftung läuft rund um die Uhr und ist sehr laut. Die Betten sind für Erwachsene zu klein. Eine zweite Pfanne und Eierbecher wären schön. Auch nur ein Hausschlüssel ist unpraktisch. Das Fernsehprogramm war nach einer Woche nicht mehr zu empfangen (deutsch)
