Holiday home suitable for 6 persons as well as 1 child up to 3 years. The holiday home is 80 m² and is build in 1963. In 2021 the holiday home was partial renovated. No pets allowed. The holiday home is equipped with 1 energy-saving air-to-air heat pump. The holiday home has washing machine. Freezer capacity of 120 litres. Further more there is 1 wood-burning stove. For the youngest ones there is 1 high chair and a high chair seat.

The holiday home is situated on a 1000 m² garden site. Situated 500 m from the sea. Nearest shop is 150 m away. You will find a golf course in a distance of 2000 m. A terrace belong to the holiday home. Equally, you have access to a sunroom. Swing. Sandbox. Play tower. Slide. Football goal. On warm nights the outdoor fireplace ensures a cosy atmosphere. Barbecue at your disposal. Garage at your disposal. Carport is at your disposal. Parking place by the holiday home.

Das Haus macht schon bei der Anreise einen total schönen und sehr gepflegten Eindruck. Innen ist alles mit sehr viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet. Alles funktioniert einwandfrei und ist sehr gepflegt. Das Haus war sehr sauber, die Wäschepakete standen im Flur bereit. Der Garten ist sehr liebevoll angelegt. Die Lage ist praktisch. In gut 5 Minuten zum Strand, 30 bis in die Stadt, Lidl und ein toller Fischwagen sind um die Ecke zum Einkaufen erreichbar.
