Floor heating in the corridor. The holiday home has washing machine. Tumble dryer. Freezer capacity of 100 litres. Further more there is 1 wood-burning stove. For the youngest ones there is 1 high chair.

Outside
The holiday home is situated on a 950 m² natural site. Situated 1000 m from the sea. Nearest shop is 400 m away. A terrace belong to the holiday home. Furthermore the house has a covered terrace. Football goal. Barbecue at your disposal. Garage at your disposal. Parking place by the holiday home.

All together there are 4 bedrooms. The beds are divided on: 6 sleeping places in double beds. 2 sleeping places in single beds. 4 sleeping places on mattresses. 4 of these sleeping accommodations are located on the bed-loft of the house. Moreover 1 cot for a baby (0-3 years).

The kitchen is equipped with 1 refrigerator. There are 4 ceramic cooking plates, hot-air oven, microwave oven and dishwasher.

Vi havde en dejlig ferie med familien. Der var plads til os alle. Lækkert stort hus og udeområde, hvor børnene kunne lege.

Huset är bra området lungt och trevligt. Jag beställde ett hus för 10 vuxna och 2 barn det fanns bara 8 sängplatser och ett trångt loft inte byggt för vuxna men ok för barn. Jag påtalade detta på sol og strand kontor och dom höll med. Inget hände. 2 av våra gäster lämnade efter några nätter efter att dom sovit på viksängar i biljardrummet. Blev erbjuden en alldeles för liten kompensation för avsaknad av 2sängplatser. Stugan funkar för 8 vuxna och 2 kanske 4 barn. Betalade ca 25 000 sek men alla fick som sagt inte plats. 5% ersatt för 2 uteblivna sovplatser.Riktigt dåligt jobbat Sologstrand Marienlyst

Tolles Haus zu einem tollen Preis, besonders wenn man wirklich mit größerer Gruppe fährt. Gute Aufteilung, das Spielzimmer mit eigenem Fernseher ist super praktisch. Allerdings ist das Haus SUPER hellhörig, die Spalten in den Profilbrettern sind einfach offen zu den Nebenzimmern, man hört also die Freunde im Nebenzimmer flüstern oder im Bad nebenan wasserlassen. Eins der Zimmer hat die Therme im Schrank, auch die hört man ganz gut, wenn man einen leichten Schlaf hat, darauf unbedingt achten! Ansonsten ist das Haus gut ausgestattet, einige Mängel haben wir direkt selbst bei der Anreise behoben. Schöne Umgebung, auch Marielyst ist viel putziger als wir es bei einer Ostsee Feriensiedlung erwartet haben.
