Description

You will find this bright and stylish holiday home, perfectly situated in one of the most popular areas in lovely Marielyst. The 124 square meter house was built in 2004 and offers 3 bedrooms with a total of 2 double beds and 2 single beds and plenty of space for 6 people.

The house provides an open kitchen in connection with the dining room, offering a stunning view of nature outside. The kitchen is equipped with a fridge/freezer, 4 ceramic hobs, a convection oven, a microwave, a dishwasher and 30-liter freezer capacity – or simply everything you need to whip up culinary delights for family and friends. The modern retreat also offers 1 highchair and 1 junior chair for the younger family members.
Guests can appreciate free WIFI, an Apple-TV in the living room and other amenities include PlayStation 4 and Bluetooth speaker.
Enjoy the modern bathroom including a washing machine.

The house is ideally located on a 935 m² natural plot, only 1300 meters to the glorious sandy beach and 300 meters to the nearest shop. Explore the spacious decked terrace with garden furniture, cozy lounge furniture and a charcoal grill. There is a shed by the house, and you will find both football goals, an outdoor dart game and a fire pit bowl in the garden.

The energy efficient holiday home is equipped with 1 air-to-air heat pump, underfloor heating in the in the living room, kitchen, and dining area as well as the option of cozying up in front of the log burner.

The holiday home has its own parking space and pets are not allowed.

Dejlig sommervejr betød vi var meget ude. Et barn på 1 1/2 år der skulle lege på en græsplæne med mange muldvarpeskud var ikke så godt.

Es ist ein sehr schönes Ferienhaus. Ich würde es bedenkenlos weiter empfehlen. Wir haben hier drei tolle Ferienwochen verbracht.

Det passede perfekt til vores behov, det føles hjemmeligt, man kunne mærke familien der ejede det og det var dejligt. Der var ro og natur og vi fik det bedste ophold. Huset havde alt vi skulle bruge og det lå tæt på indkøb

Ich kann dieses Ferienhaus sehr empfehlen. Das Haus ist schön gelegen und ausgestattet. Von da ist alles gut zu Fuß zu erreichen, ob Einkaufsmarkt oder Restaurant.
