Here, a holiday full of comfort, coziness, and memorable experiences awaits you. The house offers two lovely terraces where you can enjoy the sun from morning to evening. One of the terraces is directly accessible from the inviting living room and is partially covered. It features both a dining area and comfortable lounge furniture, as well as a gas grill – perfect for long summer evenings and meals under the open sky. From here, you can easily keep an eye on the children as they play in the garden, on the swing, or playing ball.

The second terrace – the wellness terrace – is a true sanctuary for body and soul. Here, you'll find a soothing hot tub and an atmospheric cube sauna. Enjoy the sunshine from the lounge furniture or unwind in the warm water as the day winds down. Enjoy the evening, as night falls, with a relaxing sauna session or gaze up at the starry sky from the hot tub. A charcoal grill and a dartboard are also available – ideal for cozy evenings and friendly competitions.

The holiday home sits on a beautiful natural plot of 1,175 m² and enjoys a perfect location, just 750 meters from the sea, 600 meters to the nearest shop, and 1,200 meters to a golf course. Everything you need for a perfect holiday is close by. You will also find a carport and an electric vehicle charging station (11 kW) at the house.

The garden is a paradise for kids, featuring a swing, sandbox, and football goal – perfect for hours of energetic fun and creative play. A public playground with even more fun activities is located just 500 meters away. In the evening, the whole family can gather around the fire pit in the garden – perfect for roasting marshmallows, baking stick bread, and enjoying cozy moments under the stars.

Inside, you’ll find a cozy and functional 62 m² holiday home, renovated in 2020. It accommodates up to 6 people and 1 child under the age of 3. There are three bedrooms – two with double beds and one with a sofa bed – as well as a baby cot and highchair for the little ones.
The bright kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need: ceramic hob, convection oven, microwave, dishwasher, and a freezer with a 60-liter capacity. The bathroom features a shower and toilet, and there is also a washer-dryer combo available.

On cooler evenings, a wood-burning stove provides a warm and cozy atmosphere, while an energy-efficient air-to-air heat pump ensures a pleasant indoor climate all year round.

Entertainment is also taken care of: A Smart TV with streaming capabilities and Wi-Fi are available, so you can relax with movies, games, or stay connected with the outside world.
