Holiday home suitable for 8 persons as well as 1 child up to 3 years. The holiday home is 93 m² and is build in 1995. No pets allowed. There is floorheating in the living room. The holiday home has washing machine. Freezer capacity of 30 litres. Further more there is 1 wood-burning stove. For the youngest ones there is 1 high chair.

The holiday home is situated on a 1205 m² natural site. Situated 50 m from the sea. Nearest shop is 900 m away. A terrace belong to the holiday home. Sandbox. Barbecue at your disposal. Parking place by the holiday home.

Bed situation
All together there are 3 bedrooms. The beds are divided on: 4 sleeping places in double beds. 2 sleeping places in bunk bed.2 sleeping places in alcove. 2 of these sleeping accommmodations are located in the living room. Moreover 1 cot for a baby (0-3 years).

Kitchen
The kitchen is equipped with 1 refrigerator. There are 4 ceramic cooking plates, hot-air oven, microwave oven and dishwasher.

Ein großes Plus ist die Lage zum Strand. In der Beschreibung sind 150 m angegeben. Durch einen kleinen Schleichweg ist der Strand allerdings sogar in knapp 200 Schritten erreichbar, das ist wirklich hervorragend und war für uns ein Highlight. < br />Ein weiterer Punkt, der unseren Eindruck bei der Abreise getrübt hat: Die offizielle Check-out-Zeit ist 10 Uhr. Bereits gegen 9:30 Uhr stand jedoch die Reinigungskolonne vor der Tür und wollte ins Haus. Gerade am Abreisetag, an dem man noch packt und alles in Ruhe zusammenräumt, empfanden wir das als unnötig stressig. Bis zur angegebenen Check-out-Zeit sollte man aus unserer Sicht auch tatsächlich ungestört im Ferienhaus bleiben können.

Großzügig, viele Schlafmöglichkeiten, in Bad und Küche, alles, was man braucht, zwei Toiletten sehr hilfreich, auf der Terrasse, zwei große Tische und viel Platz. nur die Stühle am Esstisch waren relativ hoch im Vergleich zum Tisch. viel Platz auf der Couch, zwei bequeme Sessel zusätzlich

De ligging van het huis is perfect. Wij waren met twee. We hadden dus ruimte genoeg. We gebruikten een slaapkamer met dubbel bed. Dat was ok. De andere slaapkamers lijken me niet zo comfortabel. Voor kinderen ok. Niet voor meerdere koppels. Er is zeer veel materiaal aanwezig in de keuken. Enkel de netheid van het huis was onvoldoende. De kopkussens die we gebruikten heb ik eerst gewassen. De fleece dekens in de living moest ik ook eerst wassen. De sauna steekt zo vol dat je een hele verhuis hebt voordat je deze kan gebruiken. Toch hadden wij een uitstekende vakantie. De ligging van het huis maakt alles goed.

Die Lage des Hauses ist unglaublich schön, sehr dicht am Strand und uneinsehbar, leider ist die Einrichtung schon sehr in die Jahre gekommen , die Betten sind für die angegebene Personenzahl nicht nutzbar, ein Doppelbett misst 130cm in der Breite, da können 2 Erwachsene nicht schlafen. Wir waren 2 Erwachsene und 2 Kinder und haben uns auf alle 3 Schlafräume und den Alkoven aufteilen müssen...somit wäre eine Belegung mit 2 Erwachsenen und 3 Kindern aus unserer Sicht das absolute Maximum.
