Huset var blevet shinet op på en utrolig sjusket måde i forbindelse med at det er sat til salg. Masser af fejl og mangler på fx dør gerigter. < br />Sætningsskade i et hjørne af stuen, stor fugtskade under køkkenvask. < br />Stuegulv der synker 3-4 cm når man går på det. < br />Var møgbeskidt ved ankomst, med adskillige 'skader' på fx. vinduer og boblebad, som blot havde fået et klistermærke med at skaden var anmeldt. < br />Flere hvidevarer der enten ikke virkede, eller kun virkede med lidt held. < br />Bestemt ikke pengene værd, før alle disse fejl er udbedret.

Ok i praksis til vores behov og plads til 8 voksne og 2 børn . Dog ikke med meget charme på hud og område - og lå i typisk ny udstykning med samme type " udlejningshuse" lidt langt fra strand og indkøb etc
