Holiday home suitable for 8 persons . The holiday home is 120 m² and is build in 1970. In 2008 the holiday home was renovated. In 2024 the holiday home was partial renovated. You can bring along 1 pet.The holiday home is equipped with 1 energy-friendly air-to-air heat pump. Floor heating in all tiled floors. The holiday home contains a combined washer and dryer. Freezer capacity of 60 litres. Further more there is 1 wood-burning stove. For the youngest ones there is 1 high chair.

Outside
The holiday home is situated on a 1400 m² natural site. Situated 500 m from the sea. Nearest shop is 2000 m away. You will find a golf course in a distance of 1000 m. A terrace belong to the holiday home. Equally, you have access to a sunroom. You find a tool shed. Barbecue at your disposal. Carport is at your disposal. Parking place by the holiday home.

Bed situation
All together there are 5 bedrooms. The beds are divided on: 8 sleeping places in double beds. 2 sleeping places in single beds. 4 of these sleeping places are located in an annex (divided in to 2 bedrooms).

Kitchen
The kitchen is equipped with 1 refrigerator. There are 4 ceramic cooking plates, hot-air oven, Airfryer oven and dishwasher.

Toilet and bathroom
There are 2 bathrooms with shower cabinet and 2 toilets. There is floor heating in 2 bathrooms.

Whirlpool
You can relax in the outdoor hot tub for 6 persons.

The holiday home contains 1 TV.1 Chromecast. No TV channels - only streaming. Wireless internet at your disposal.

Worth knowing

Das Haus wurde sehr liebevoll renoviert und hergerichtet. Es ist einfach aber zweckmäßig eingerichtet. Der Wintergarten war auch bei nicht so warmen Temperaturen ein Highlight. Die Schlafzimmer haben sehr wenig Stauraum und die Betten könnten mal erneuert werden. Das Annex ist vermutlich nicht renoviert und daher etwas abgewohnt. Wir hatten schöne erholsame Tage und kommen bestimmt wieder nach Marielyst.

Vi havde rimeligt for vi kunne være uden for pga det var så dejligt vejr. Det var godt det ikke regnede i den uge vi var der så vi skulle være indenfor.

Dit huis was echt heel fijn om in te verblijven! Je kan zien dat de eigenaren het met liefde hebben opgeknapt.
