Det er et hyggeligt, slidt hus med en god beliggenhed. Huset trænger til en grundig rengøring og oprydning . Gulvtæpperne er meget ulækre, beskidte med mange pletter og skjolder . Huset trænger til en kærlig hånd.

God beliggenhed. Godt med 3 værelser, meget fyldt op med møbler, meget slidt, godt internet, god terrasse, roligt uden man kan høre vejen. Have god til børn med plads til leg, komfuret ikke godt, varmer ikke nok,

Vi var to plus hund i huset. Vejret var fantastisk og området roligt udenfor feriesæsonen. Der er Android-tv (som vi ikke fik brug for), spil og bøger i reolen. Brændeovnen tager morgenkulden og solen varmer huset op, selv i uge 40. Korteste vej til vandet er 900 meter, da stisystemet er lidt indviklet. Overdækket terrasse mod syd med gode havemøbler og en terrasse mod nord der får morgenlys.
