Holiday home suitable for 12 persons . The holiday home is 198 m² and is build in 2003. No pets allowed. The holiday home is equipped with energy-saving heat pump. The holiday home has washing machine. Tumble dryer. Freezer capacity of 60 litres. Further more there is 1 wood-burning stove.

Outside
The holiday home is situated on a 1580 m² natural site. Situated 180 m from the sea. Nearest shop is 400 m away. A 50 m² terrace belong to the holiday home. Furthermore the house has a 24 m² covered terrace. You find a tool shed. Swing. Sandbox. Barbecue at your disposal. Parking place by the holiday home.

Bed situation
All together there are 5 bedrooms. The beds are divided on: 4 sleeping places in double beds. 6 sleeping places in single beds. 2 sleeping places in sofa bed (double). 2 of these sleeping accommmodations are located on the bed-loft of the house.

Kitchen
The kitchen is equipped with 1 refrigerator. There are 4 ceramic cooking plates, hot-air oven, microwave oven and dishwasher.

Toilet and bathroom
There are 2 bathrooms with shower and 2 toilets. There is floor heating in 2 bathrooms. The sauna offers opportunity for relaxation.

Whirlpool
You can relax in the indoor whirlpool for 2 persons.You can relax in the outdoor prefilled whirlpool for 6 persons.

Multimedia
The holiday home contains 4 TVs.1 DVD player. Stereo set. CD player. Playstation 2. At least 4 Danish channels. 1-3 German channels. Wireless internet at your disposal.

Worth knowing
Youth groups (15-25 years of age) not allowed. Smoking is prohibited. By violation of this prohibition a fee of min. EUR 420,- will be charged.

Sehr geräumiges Ferienhaus mit fünf Schlafzimmern, von denen zwei besonders groß sind. Die beiden Bäder waren für drei Familien völlig ausreichend. In einem Badezimmer war ein Brett zum Hochklappen und konnte mit der vorhandenen Wickelauflage prima für Babys genutzt werden. Für Kinder gibt es eine neue Rutsche und zwei Schaukeln sowie einen Sandkasten. Im Schuppen steht außerdem ein Kicker. Leider ist kein.Hochatuhl vorhanden. Dieser muss separat be Sonne und Strand bestellt werden. Grundstück ist im Eingangsbereich ( Parken für drei Autos möglich ) offen, ansonsten vollständig umzäunt. Zwei Tische mit jeweils sechs Stühlen im Außenbereich sowie zwei Holzsonnenliegen und Außen- Whirl- Pool.Der Innenraum ist mit zwei großen Couchlandschaften und einem sehr großen Eßtisch ausgestattet, Hier haben 10 Personen viel Platz,. Alles in allem sehr geräumig und Möbel intakt und bequem. Geschirr ist reichlich vorhanden, ebenso Mikrowelle, Waschmaschine und Trockner. Ebenfalls eine Wäschespinne im Garten und zwei Wäscheständer. Haus kann ich sehr empfeh

Das Haus liegt sehr nah zum Strand. Der Weg dort hin ist kurz und schön. < br />Allerdings habe ich nicht erwartet, dass die vorbeiführende Straße recht verkehrsreich war. < br />Der Garten ist schön groß. Die Pflanzen sind sehr pflegearm. < br />Insgesamt war es für zwei Familien ein wunderbares Haus, wir würden es wieder buchen.

Det er et fantastisk hus i dejlige omgivelser med fred og ro. < br />Det ligger tæt på stranden og Marielyst, hvor der er mulighed for at gå til inden for kort tid. < br />Indretningen er helt i top til en stor familie. < br />Huset er allerede lejet igen til ferien i 2027

Das Haus liegt wenige Schritte vom Strand entfernt. Der großzügige Garten lädt zum Entspannen, Spielen ein. < br />Im Inneren ein äußerst geräumiges Haus mit viel Bewegungsfreiheit, Helle Räume, eine angenehme Atmosphäre und genügend Rückzugsmöglichkeiten.

Wir waren zu 5. mit zwei Kleinkindern in dem Haus und uns allen hat der Platz im und um das Haus gut gefallen. Der kurze Weg zum Strand ist fantastisch. Die Spielgeräte im Garten sind vollkommen ausreichend. Wir waren schon das 2. Mal im Haus und kommen gerne wieder.

This is a fantastic summerhus - which was easily enjoyed in November. It is spacious, had all the amenities a group of friends needed and everything functioned as expected. I would happily return.

Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Urlaub mit der Familie. Die Aufteilung und Größe des Hauses war für uns optimal. Das große Grundstück war eingezäunt und für die kleinen Kinder überall nutzbar. Lediglich der Sandkasten könnte grundrenoviert werden (zugewachsen, uralter Sand), das Kickerspiel im Schuppen defekt, das aufblasbare Planschbecken defekt). Ansonsten waren wir sehr zufrieden.

Dejlig velindrettet hus til 14 mennesker. Vel anlagt grund, med dyr der hygger sig, rigtig dejlig at opleve. Kort afstand til en rigtig dejlig badestrand, og mulighed for gå / cykel ture i smukke omgivelser, og ikke langt til indkøb.
