Holiday home suitable for 8 persons . 2 of the beds is only suitable for older children (4-11 years). The holiday home is 132 m² and is build in 1991. No pets allowed. The holiday home is equipped with 2 energy-friendly air-to-air heat pumps. There is solar heat. The holiday home has washing machine. Tumble dryer. Freezer capacity of 80 litres. Further more there is 1 wood-burning stove. For the youngest ones there is 1 high chair.

Outside
The holiday home is situated on a 1200 m² garden site. Situated 700 m from the sea. Nearest shop is 700 m away. You will find a golf course in a distance of 1400 m. A terrace belong to the holiday home. You find a tool shed. Situated 700 m from a playground. Barbecue at your disposal. Carport is at your disposal. Parking place by the holiday home.

Swimming pool
You can play and have a great time together in the indoor swimming pool. The swimming pool is 2,7 m wide, 7 m long and it is up to 1,1 m deep. The water temperature is between 24 and 28 ° C hot.

Bed situation
All together there are 4 bedrooms. The beds are divided on: 6 sleeping places in double beds. 2 sleeping places in bunk bed.

Kitchen
The kitchen is equipped with 1 refrigerator. There are 4 ceramic cooking plates, hot-air oven, microwave oven and dishwasher.

Toilet and bathroom
There are 2 bathrooms with shower cabinet and 2 toilets The sauna offers opportunity for relaxation.

You can relax in the outdoor prefilled whirlpool for 8 persons.

Das Ferienhaus ist mit Liebe eingerichtet und hebt sich damit von vielen anderen Häusern ab. Es ist alles vorhanden, was man benötigt. Die Lage ist top. Die Außenanlagen sind wirklich schön.
