Lay-out
Holiday home suitable for 6 persons as well as 1 child up to 3 years. The holiday home is 67 m² and is build in 1972. In 1998 the holiday home was partial renovated. No pets allowed.} Freezer capacity of 30 litres. For the youngest ones there are 2 high chairs.

Outside
The holiday home is situated on a 1000 m² garden site. Situated 800 m from the sea. Nearest shop is 800 m away. You will find a golf course in a distance of 500 m. A terrace belong to the holiday home. You find a tool shed. Barbecue at your disposal. Carport is at your disposal. Parking place by the holiday home.

Bed situation
All together there are 2 bedrooms. The beds are divided on: 2 sleeping places in double bed. 2 sleeping places in bunk bed. 2 sleeping places in sofa bed (double). 2 of these sleeping accommmodations are located in the living room. Moreover 1 cot for a baby (0-3 years).

Kitchen
The kitchen is equipped with 1 refrigerator. There are 4 ceramic cooking plates, hot-air oven and dishwasher.

Toilet and bathroom
There is 1 bathroom with shower cabinet and 1 toilet.. There is floor heating in 1 bathroom.

The holiday home contains 1 Smart TV.1 Chromecast. No TV channels - only streaming. Wireless internet at your disposal.

Die neue Doppel-Bett-Couch im Wohnzimmer hat uns gestört,Geblieben ist der phantastische Blick in die Natur mit Gästen, wie Rehe,Eichhörnchen und Hasen.

Das Haus hat uns gut gefallen. Es ist zweckmäßig eingerichtet und gemütlich. Für 4 Personen reicht es sehr gut aus. Im Garten ist viel Platz zum Toben für die Kinder. Im Garzen gibt es immer einen Platz in der Sonne oder im Schatten. Wie man es gern mag. Man braucht ca. 12 Minuten zu Fuß vom Haus zum ruhigen Ostseestrand.

Einfaches, aber ausreichend ausgestattetes Ferienhaus nit großem, grünen Grundstück in sehr guter Lage. Strand und Ferienort sind fußläufig zu erreichen. Die Ferienhaussiedlung ist sehr ruhig und erholsam, immer wieder kommen Rehe, Igel und Hasen vorbei, die man durch die große Fensterfront beobachten kann. Das Mobiliar und die Ausstattung sind schlicht und einfach gehalten,teils schon sichtbar lange in Gebrauch gewesen. Für den täglichen Bedarf im Urlaub war es für uns aber ausreichend.
