The holiday home is equipped with energy-saving heat pump. Floor heating in all tiled floors. The holiday home has washing machine. Tumble dryer. Freezer capacity of 86 litres. Further more there is 1 wood-burning stove.

Outside
The holiday home is situated on a 935 m² natural site. Situated 700 m from the sea. Nearest shop is 200 m away. A 70 m² terrace belong to the holiday home. Furthermore the house has a 23 m² covered terrace. You find a tool shed. Sandbox. Barbecue at your disposal. Plug for charging electric car is available - typ Webasto Pure. Charging socket type 2. With 11 kW power output. Parking place by the holiday home.

Bed situation
All together there are 3 bedrooms. The beds are divided on: 4 sleeping places in double beds. 2 sleeping places in single beds. 2 sleeping places on mattresses.2 sleeping places in alcove. 2 of these sleeping accommmodations are located in the living room and 2 of them are located on the bed-loft.

Kitchen
The kitchen is equipped with 1 refrigerator. There are 4 induction cooking plates, hot-air oven, microwave oven and dishwasher.

Toilet and bathroom
There is 1 bathroom with shower cabinet and 2 toilets, hereof 1 guest bathroom. There is floor heating in 1 bathroom. The sauna offers opportunity for relaxation.

Das Ferienhaus war schön eingerichtet und gut ausgestattet. Schlafgelegenheiten sind genügend vorhanden. Die Plastikblumendeko kann man weglassen. Das Grundstück ist groß genug, um sich zu entspannen.

En dejlig påskeferie i et dejligt sommerhus. Et super RENT og veludstyret hus !!! Med nem adgang til indkøb og strand. Havde det været varmere og med mindre blæst havde vi helt sikkert også haft god gavn af terrasse og have.

Vi havde en dejlig ferie i dette sommerhus. Især den store terrasse og haven blev brugt meget. Og med indkøb og strand tæt ved manglede vi ikke noget.

Super fijn vakantiehuis met sauna, houtkachel en bubbelbad. Op loopafstand van de zee en het centrum van Marielyst waar je in de vroege ochtend heerlijke verse broodjes kan halen.

Det er et rigtig skønt og virkelig veludstyret sommerhus. Der mangler intet i køkkenet. Gode senge. Hyggelig indrettet. Vi følte os meget velkomne
