Lay-out
Holiday home suitable for 8 persons as well as 1 child up to 3 years. The holiday home is 140 m² and is build in 2006. In 2018 the holiday home was partial renovated. You can bring along 1 pet. There is floorheating all over the holiday home. The holiday home has washing machine. Tumble dryer. Freezer capacity of 100 litres. Further more there is 1 wood-burning stove. For the youngest ones there is 1 high chair.

Outside
The holiday home is situated on a 919 m² garden site. Situated 600 m from the sea. Nearest shop is 100 m away. A 70 m² terrace belong to the holiday home. Swing. Sandbox. Barbecue at your disposal. Parking place by the holiday home.

Swimming pool
You can play and have a great time together in the indoor swimming pool. The swimming pool is 3 m wide, 5,2 m long and it is up to 1,4 m deep. The water temperature is between 24 and 28 ° C hot. There is floor heating in the swimmingpool area.

Bed situation
All together there are 4 bedrooms. The beds are divided on: 4 sleeping places in double beds. 4 sleeping places in single beds. Moreover 1 cot for a baby (0-3 years).

Kitchen
The kitchen is equipped with 1 refrigerator. There are 4 ceramic cooking plates, hot-air oven, microwave oven and dishwasher.

Toilet and bathroom
There are 2 bathrooms with shower cabinet and 2 toilets. There is floor heating in 2 bathrooms. The sauna offers opportunity for relaxation.

Whirlpool
You can relax in the indoor whirlpool for 2 persons.

Multimedia
The holiday home contains 1 TV.1 DVD player. Stereo set. CD player. Surround system. At least 4 Danish channels. 1-3 Swedish channels. 1-3 Norwegian channels. At least 4 German channels. Wireless internet at your disposal.

Worth knowing
Youth groups (15-25 years of age) not allowed. Smoking is prohibited. By violation of this prohibition a fee of min. EUR 420 will be charged.

Kinder hatten eine tolle Zeit im jederzeit verfügbaren Pool. Nahe Einkaufsmöglichkeit. Strand schnell erreichbar.

Im großen und ganzen ist das Haus in Ordnung, es müsste allerdings mal wieder aufgefrischt werden, besonders der Poolbereich und der Sanitärbereich beim Pool. Es gibt keine deutschen Fernsehsender, was uns aber nicht gestört hat. Ein Ameisenköder im Poolbereich hat nicht ausgereicht. Es müssten mindestens noch zwei dazu. Das Ferienhaus ist mit allem ausgestattet was benötigt wird. Gute Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und herrlicher Strand. Im April noch sehr ruhig und entspannt.

Tolle Lage, gut eingerichtet, die Zimmer sind super aufgeteilt. Der Pool war total super für die ganze Familie. Wir konnten auf der Terasse grillen, ohne das alle Nachbarn auf den Teller starren. Wir würden dieses Haus wieder buchen und können es vorbehaltslos empfehlen.

Fantastisk dejligt hus i super god beliggenhed. Bortset fra at huset trængte støvsugning da vi ankom havde vi ingen problemer

Ferienhaus ist kleiner als erwartet. Würde es mit max. 6 Personen empfehlen, damit man ein Schlafzimmer als Lager hat. Küchenutensilien sollten einmal erneuert werden. Im Poolraum finden es Ameisen auch sehr schön. ;-)

Wir hatten eine schöne Zeit in dem Haus. Es ist super ausgestattet und hat alles, was man im Alltag benötigt bzw. Spaß macht wie ein Pool, Federball-Sets, Grill, Rückzugsmöglichkeiten, mehrere TV-Geräte, ... Ein Supermarkt ist direkt um die Ecke und der Strand ist auch nicht weit weg.

Kundeservice hos sol og strand er fantastisk. Sommerhus er dejligt men kunne godt bruge en kærlig hånd her og der. Men alt i alt dejligt ophold.
