Holiday home suitable for 8 persons as well as 1 child up to 3 years. The holiday home is 82 m² and is build in 1994. No pets allowed. The holiday home has washing machine. Freezer capacity of 20 litres. Further more there is 1 wood-burning stove. For the youngest ones there is 1 high chair.

Outside
The holiday home is situated on a 1000 m² natural site. Situated 80 m from the sea. Nearest shop is 500 m away. A 20 m² terrace belong to the holiday home. Furthermore the house has a 8 m² covered terrace. Sandbox. Parking place by the holiday home.

Bed situation
All together there are 3 bedrooms. The beds are divided on: 2 sleeping places in double bed. 4 sleeping places in single beds.2 sleeping places in alcove. 2 of these sleeping accommmodations are located in the living room. Moreover 1 cot for a baby (0-3 years).

Kitchen
The kitchen is equipped with 1 refrigerator. There are 4 electric hotplates, hot-air oven, microwave oven, Airfryer oven and dishwasher.

Toilet and bathroom

General:
Das Waschbecken im Bad ist beschädigt/ abgesetzter Rost, kein schöner Anblick beim Waschen, die Fliesen Fußboden sind verschmutzt, überall krabbeln Ameisen, Kellerasseln, Silberfische. Die Eingangstür ist im Glas oberhalb kaputt, die Türklinke hatte ich von innen beim Schließen in der Hand. Der Läufer im Eingangsbereich ist billig mit Power Tape geklebt. Wie gesagt, es ist insgesamt sehr in die Jahre gekommen.
