The holiday home is situated on a 934 m² garden site. Situated 800 m from the sea. Nearest shop is 300 m away. A 12 m² terrace belong to the holiday home. Furthermore the house has a 10 m² covered terrace. You find a tool shed. Swing. Sandbox. Parking place by the holiday home.

All together there are 3 bedrooms. The beds are divided on: 4 sleeping places in double beds. 2 sleeping places in single beds. 2 of these sleeping accommmodations are located in the annex.

The kitchen is equipped with 1 refrigerator. There are 4 ceramic cooking plates, hot-air oven, microwave oven and dishwasher.

Toilet and bathroom
There is 1 bathroom with shower cabinet and 1 toilet.. There is floor heating in 1 bathroom.

God stemning i sommerhuset.dejlig lukket og børnevenlig grund.sommerhuset er godt udstyret. Mht. porcelæn,der er det der skal bruges, og lidt mere til.

Für 2 Personen ein perfektes Haus. Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Das Grundstück ist uneinsehbar. Das Annex ist meiner meinung nach nur notfallsmäßig nutzbar, da erstens niemals die Sonne rein scheint und zweitens es nicht geruchsneutral ist. Wir hatten in dem Haus eine sehr schöne Zeit. Einziger nachteil war der Lärm der Nachbarn an den Wochenenden. Zum Strand sind wir meistens mit dem Fahrrad gefahren, ist aber auch zu Fuß möglich.

Das schöne Ferienhaus hält alles was es in der Beschreibung verspricht.Es ist sehr gepflegt und sauber und sehr gut ausgestattet.Die See und die Umgebung sind besonders mit dem Fahrrad toll zu erkunden
