Lay-out
Holiday home suitable for 12 persons as well as 2 children up to 3 years. 6 of the beds is only suitable for older children (4-11 years). The holiday home is 145 m², in 2 levels, and is build in 1999. In 2018 the holiday home was partial renovated. The holiday home is equipped with energy-saving heat pump. Floor heating in all tiled floors. The holiday home has washing machine. Tumble dryer. Freezer capacity of 60 litres. Further more there is 1 wood-burning stove. For the youngest ones there are 2 high chairs.

Outside
The holiday home is situated on a 1200 m² natural site. The site is fenced in. Situated 10 m from the sea. Nearest shop is 400 m away. A 60 m² terrace belong to the holiday home. Furthermore the house has a covered terrace. You find a tool shed. Swing. Sandbox. Playhouse. Gas barbecuel available. Parking place by the holiday home.

Bed situation
All together there are 3 bedrooms. The beds are divided on: 8 sleeping places in double beds. 2 sleeping places in sofa bed (double).2 sleeping places in alcove. 2 of these sleeping accommmodations are located in the living room and 2 of them are located on the bed-loft. Moreover 2 cots for babies (0-3 years).

Kitchen
The kitchen is equipped with 1 refrigerator. There are 4 ceramic cooking plates, hot-air oven, microwave oven and dishwasher.

Toilet and bathroom
There are 2 bathrooms with shower cabinet and 2 toilets. There is floor heating in 2 bathrooms. The sauna offers opportunity for relaxation.

Whirlpool
You can relax in the outdoor prefilled whirlpool for 6 persons.

Multimedia
The holiday home contains 2 TVs.1 DVD player. Stereo set. CD player.Playstation 3. At least 4 Danish channels. At least 4 German channels. Wireless internet at your disposal.

Worth knowing
Youth groups (15-25 years of age) not allowed. Smoking is prohibited. By violation of this prohibition a fee of min. EUR 420 will be charged.

Wir waren als 5 köpfige Familie mit 2 Freundinnen in dem Haus. Die Lage ist phantastisch, das Haus hat einen tollen großen Außenbereich mit Whirlpool und ist für die Anzahl der Personen ist das Haus angenehm groß. Leider ist das Haus schon etwas abgenutzt, sodass überall kleinere Renovierungsarbeiten nötig wären. Insgesamt hatten wir eine sehr gute Zeit in dem Haus und haben unseren Urlaub sehr genossen!

Ein sehr schönes Haus, das absolut top gelegen ist. Man kann in einer Minute zum Strand. Gerade im Herbst, wo wir da waren, war es einfach Luxus nach der Sauna in der Ostsee zu baden. Das Haus selbst ist sehr schön. Mit zwei Ebenen, wo man sich gut aufteilen kann. Sehr gut ausgestattete Küche. Einzig die Schlafsituation ist nicht so gut, da viele Betten im offenen Bereich sind und nur maximal 6 Personen in einem abgeschlossenen Zimmer übernachten können.

Es ist ein schönes Haus am Ende einer Sackgasse. Das Meer ist in ein paar Schritten erreicht. Das ganze Haus ist hell und freundlich eingerichtet. Super Betten perfekt ausgestattete Küche

Wir, 3 Paare mit Kindern, hatten einen schönen erholsamen Urlaub. Kurzer Weg zum Strand und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten fußläufig über den Deich zu erreichen. Wir kommen wieder!

Das Ferienhaus ist sehr offen, das heißt, man muss sich als "Gruppe" sehr gut kennen. Für große Familien mit Kindern ist es ein ideales Haus.
