Lay-out
Holiday home suitable for 5 persons . The holiday home is 58 m² and is build in 1972. In 2006 the holiday home was renovated. No pets allowed. The holiday home has washing machine. Freezer capacity of 60 litres. Further more there is 1 wood-burning stove.

Outside
The holiday home is situated on a 1048 m² garden site. Situated 400 m from the sea. Nearest shop is 300 m away. A 24 m² terrace belong to the holiday home. Furthermore the house has a 12 m² covered terrace. Carport is at your disposal.

Bed situation
All together there are 2 bedrooms. The beds are divided on: 2 sleeping places in double bed. 3 sleeping places in bunk beds.

Kitchen
The kitchen is equipped with 1 refrigerator. Extra refrigerator in the shed.. There are 4 ceramic cooking plates, hot-air oven and dishwasher.

Toilet and bathroom
There is 1 bathroom with shower cabinet and 1 toilet.. There is floor heating in 1 bathroom.

Multimedia
The holiday home contains 1 TV. Stereo set. At least 4 Danish channels. At least 4 German channels. Wireless internet at your disposal.

Worth knowing
Youth groups (15-25 years of age) not allowed. Smoking is prohibited. By violation of this prohibition a fee of min. EUR 420 will be charged.

Das Ferienhaus ist schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Das sieht man auch draußen auf den beiden Terrassen. Das Fenster im Schlafzimmer lässt sich kaum öffnen. Die Rollos könnten ebenfalls mal ausgetauscht werden. Voller Fliegenleichen. Die Küchenausstattung ist vollkommen ausreichend. Uns hat nichts gefehlt. In den beiden Schlafzimmern sind gute Schränke, so dass genügend Stauraum vorhanden ist. Die Matratzen waren auch in Ordnung. Die Lage des Hauses hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Wir waren in 5 Minuten im Zentrum und in 5 Minuten am Strand.

Perfekt ophold for 2 personer, og med den helt rigtige afstand til Marielyst centrum ved Larsen's plads. Der er alt hvad vi skal bruge i huset, og vi kommer helt sikkert igen.

Det var et dejligt hus , der var hvad der skulle være i et køkken og super dejligt med knive som var skarpe?? vi kommer gerne igen .vi havde en dejlig ferie.

Wir hatten einen schönen Aufenthalt. Das Haus war perfekt für unsere Bedürfnisse - 2 Erwachsene, 1 Kind + 1 Baby. Der Garten war schön, idyllisch mit Reh und Eichhörnchen. Strand, Einkauf und Eis sind zu Fuß zu erreichen.
