Holiday home suitable for 8 persons as well as 2 children up to 3 years. The holiday home is 140 m² and is build in 2009. In 2024 the holiday home was partial renovated. You can bring along 2 pets. The holiday home is equipped with 1 energy-friendly air-to-air heat pump and 1 energy-friendly air-to-water heat pump. The holiday home has washing machine. Tumble dryer. Freezer capacity of 40 litres. Further more there is 1 wood-burning stove. For the youngest ones there are 2 high chairs. Changing table.

Outside
The holiday home is situated on a 939 m² garden site. Situated 700 m from the sea. Nearest shop is 1000 m away. You will find a golf course in a distance of 5000 m. A terrace belong to the holiday home. Furthermore the house has a covered terrace. Swing. Sandbox. Trampoline. Play tower. Slide. Barbecue at your disposal. Plug for charging electric car is available. CEE socket. Parking place by the holiday home.

Swimming pool
You can play and have a great time together in the indoor swimming pool. The swimming pool is 3 m wide, 5 m long and it is up to 1,4 m deep. The water temperature is between 24 and 28 ° C hot. There is floor heating in the swimmingpool area.

Bed situation
All together there are 4 bedrooms. The beds are divided on: 4 sleeping places in double beds. 4 sleeping places in single beds. Moreover 3 cots for babies (0-3 years).

Kitchen
The kitchen is equipped with 1 refrigerator. There are 4 ceramic cooking plates, hot-air oven, microwave oven and dishwasher.

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Urlaub in diesem tollen Haus. Es hat alles was man sich als Familie wünscht. Gerade für die Kinder gab es ein großes Angebot an Spielen, Spielsachen, Fahrzeugen usw. Es war sehr sauber und gut ausgestattet. Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt, sowohl drinnen als auch draußen war es super. Wir würden es immer wieder buchen.

Godt utstyrt hus, både innvendig og utvendig, rent og fint. Vi stortrivdes hele familien, og kommer gjerne tilbake.

In dem Haus hat es uns (3 Erw. plus 3 Kind (3Jahre)), an nichts gefehlt. Waren sehr positiv überrascht. Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit und kommen gerne wieder.

Die Lage war gut, leider hatten wir einen Nachbarn (Däne), der gesägt und gehämmert hat. Das hat uns ein wenig geärgert, da wir 14 Tage Aufenthalt hatten und davon 9 Tage Baulärm ertragen mussten. < br />Der Kamin steht leider etwas ungünstig an der Eingangstür und somit ist das Feuer von der Sitzecke aus nicht zu sehen, sehr schade. < br />Die Boxspringbetten sind toll, nur hatte ich leider kein passendes Laken und auch das Servicebüro konnte mir nur 2 normale Laken geben, die man quer aufs Bett legen konnte, was zur Folge hatte, dass es jede Nacht verrutscht ist. Vielleich als Mietwäsche auch Spannlaken für Boxspringbetten anbieten. < br /> < br />Alles in Allem war das Haus aber sehr schön eingerichtet, gut ausgestattet und hat unseren Vorstellungen entsprochen. Das o.g. ist Meckern auf hohem Niveau. Kommen gerne wieder.

Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Zeit in diesem Haus. Besonders für Familien ist es sehr zu empfehlen. Die Lage ist ruhig und abgelegen. In das Centrum läuft man zu Fuß ca. 30 Minuten. Mit dem Auto ist alles ganz schnell zu erreichen. Ausflugsziele sind im Winter eher wenig in der Umgebung. Aber man hat den Pool und ganz viele andere Dinge im und am Haus. Und im Sommer den Strand ganz dicht (ca. 20 Minuten zu Fuß).
