Lay-out
Holiday home suitable for 8 persons . The holiday home is 116 m² and is build in 2008. No pets allowed. The holiday home has washing machine. Freezer capacity of 60 litres. Further more there is 1 wood-burning stove. For the youngest ones there is 1 high chair.

Outside
The holiday home is situated on a 1000 m² natural site. Situated 700 m from the sea. Nearest shop is 500 m away. A 100 m² terrace belong to the holiday home. Furthermore the house has a 20 m² covered terrace. There is a trampoline (inground 330x220 cm).Fire place. Carport is at your disposal. Plug for charging electric car is available. With 11 kW power output. Parking place by the holiday home.

All together there are 5 bedrooms. The beds are divided on: 4 sleeping places in double beds. 4 sleeping places in single beds. 2 sleeping places on mattresses. 2 of these sleeping accommmodations are located on the bed-loft of the house.

The kitchen is equipped with 1 refrigerator. There are 4 gas burners, hot-air oven, microwave oven and dishwasher.

Toilet and bathroom
There is 1 bathroom with shower cabinet and 1 toilet.. There is floor heating in 1 bathroom.

Ein wunderschönes Ferienhaus, toller Garten und super schöner Lage in der Nähe des Strandes

Haven er helt fantastisk og inddelt i mange hyggelige zoner. Vi havde besøg af rådyr, hare og egern under opholdet. Der er brætspil og lignende i huset. Huset ligger rigtigt godt i forhold til byen, stranden og handlemuligheder.

Marielyst er en skønt feriested både for familier med børn (masser af steder for børn) for unge og for ældre. Besøg Corzelize gods - et meget smuk sted. Cykel/går tur til Idestrup, Ulslev, Sildestrup, Elkenøre og Væggerløse. Cykel/gå af landevejen der til og tag diget hjem. I Væggerløse er der et bryggeri man kan besøge og en smuk kirke samt et glaspusteri. Ned på Larsens Plads ligger der et turistbureau. Det kan varmt anbefales at besøge Slagter Schou ca. på hjørnet af Cypresvej og Bøtøvej.

Prinzipiell ein tolles Haus mit schönem und großem Naturgrundstück. Leider ist das Haus in keinem gutem Unterhaltszustand: defekte Geräte, Schimmel im Bereich der Dusche, fehlende Grundreinigung. Eine grundlegende Überholung wäre dringend angeraten ansonsten kann der doch recht hohe Mietpreis nicht gerechtfertigt werden.
