Holiday home suitable for 12 persons as well as 1 child up to 3 years. The holiday home is 138 m² and is build in 2008. You can bring along 1 pet. The holiday home is equipped with energy-saving heat pump. The holiday home has washing machine. Tumble dryer. Freezer capacity of 40 litres. Further more there is 1 wood-burning stove. For the youngest ones there is 1 high chair.

Outside
The holiday home is situated on a 1401 m² garden site. Situated 1100 m from the sea. Nearest shop is 900 m away. You will find a golf course in a distance of 1000 m. A 90 m² terrace belong to the holiday home. Furthermore the house has a 10 m² covered terrace. Swing. Sandbox. Plug for charging electric car is available. Parking place by the holiday home.

Bed situation
All together there are 4 bedrooms. The beds are divided on: 4 sleeping places in double beds. 8 sleeping places in single beds. 4 of these sleeping accommmodations are located on the bed-loft of the house. Moreover 1 cot for a baby (0-3 years).

The kitchen is equipped with 1 refrigerator. There are 4 ceramic cooking plates, hot-air oven, microwave oven and dishwasher.

Toilet and bathroom
There are 2 bathrooms with shower cabinet and 2 toilets. There is floor heating in 1 bathroom. The sauna offers opportunity for relaxation.

Whirlpool
You can relax in the indoor whirlpool for 6 persons.

Worth knowing

Skønt sommerhus med dejlig placering på stor lukket grund. Huset er perfekt indrettet. Fedt med et spillerum.

Sol og Strand er pålidelige og hjælpsomme modsat en del andre bureauer. Billeder af huset svarer til virkeligheden og rengøringen er i den bedre ende. Jeg foretrækker at leje sommerhus gennem Sol og Strand.

Vi holdt en fantastisk familieferie/ jul i dette dejlige hus. Der var alt i huset og der var endda sat et lille juletræ op da vi kom.

Gut ausgestattetes Haus, sehr gute Betten und ein schönes Grundstück. Für 8 Personen ist genügend Platz, 2 Schlafplätze im Dachboden für sehr kleine Personen ;-) wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt :)

Das Haus liegt in einer ruhigen, langweiligen und eintönigen Siedlung mit vielen anderen Ferienhäusern. Kulturell gibt es in dieser Siedlung wenig zu erleben, außer das Ferienwohnen. Das Ferienwohnen im Haus geht gut, außer das die Duschen nicht besonders gut sind. Der Wasserdruck ist sehr schwach. Ob man den durch Drehen an den Leitungshähnen erhöhen kann, haben wir nicht geprüft. Auch die Fugen der Bäder setzen leichten Schimmel an. Beim Zählerstand rechnet die Firma Sonne und Strand noch einige Beträge zusätzlich drauf. So sollen sie nach unserem Auszug noch eine zusätzliche Reinigung vorgenommen haben. Die zusätzlichen Verbrauche haben sie uns in Rechnung gestellt. Meiner Ansicht nach, haben wir eine gründliche Endreinigung unternommen und die Ferienwohnung sauber hinterlassen. Naja, die 20€ Mehrkosten bekamen wir nicht zurück, trotz Bitten. Ansonsten: Der Rest der Wohnung war super. Die Betten sind bequem, Hans stellt den Netflix Zugang und kochen, sowie spielen, kann man dort auch gut. Der Strand in der Region ist auch super. Der ist mit weitem Abstand das beste dort. Ihm folgt die nahegelegene Aussichtplattform, bei der gut Vögel beobachtet werden können.

Wir hatten einen schönen Aufenthalt, trotz wenig Wasser. Wir haben am Tag nach der Ankunft direkt reklamiert, dass das Wasser in den Bädern so schwach lief, dass Haare waschen unmöglich war. Wir sollten abwarten, das hat a er nichts gebracht. Nachmittags kam dann ein Monteur, so dass wir ein bisschen mehr Wasserdruck hatten. Richtig ausreichend war der a er auch nicht. Den Whirlpool konnten wir überhaupt nicht benutzen, da das Einlaufen des Wassers ca. 6-8 Stunden gedauert hätte. MARIELYST gerne jederzeit wieder, aber dieses Ferienhaus nicht wieder.
