Holiday home suitable for 6 persons . The holiday home is 65 m² and is build in 1990. In 2017 the holiday home was partial renovated. No pets allowed. The holiday home is equipped with 1 energy-saving air-to-air heat pump.} Freezer capacity of 30 litres. Further more there is 1 wood-burning stove.

Outside
The holiday home is situated on a 250 m² natural site. Situated 300 m from the sea. A terrace belong to the holiday home. Furthermore the house has a covered terrace. Barbecue at your disposal.

All together there are 2 bedrooms. The beds are divided on: 2 sleeping places in double bed. 4 sleeping places in bunk beds.

Kitchen
The kitchen is equipped with 1 refrigerator. There are 4 induction cooking plates, hot-air oven, microwave oven and dishwasher.

There is 1 bathroom with shower cabinet and 1 toilet.

Die Bilder im Internet täuschen, gerade im Bezug auf das Bad. Das Bettzeug war sehr dreckig und hat gerochen. Die Couch war durchgelegen und unbequem. Die Nähe zum Strand war echt wunderbar.

Wir haten eine wunderbar ruhige, entspannte Zeit als Ehepaar in diesem schönen Häuschen. Wenn wir, wie früher, mit unseren 4 Söhnen gekommen wären, wäre es trotz genug Betten, definitiv zu eng gewesen. Mit einem Fahrrad ausgerüstet, war alles Wichtige (Lebensmittel, Restaurants, Fähre) und Schöne (Meer, Strand, Wandergebiet, Lädchen zum Bummeln) schnell und unkompliziert zu erreichen. Wir machten schöne Ausflüge nach Lolland, Moen und Kopenhagen. Sowohl in das Feriengebiet, als auch in das Häuschen würden wir gerne mal wieder zurückkommen! Kleiner Tipp noch: Zum Ausladen darf man für kurze Zeit zum Haus fahren. Bitte darauf achten, dass das Gebiet von QPark überwacht wird und schon ein kurzes Entfernen vom Auto hochpreisig bestraft wird. Also schnell ausladen und dann auf die ausgewiesenen Parkplätze, mit Parkticket von Sonne und Strand ausgegeben, fahren.
