Holiday home suitable for 6 persons as well as 1 child up to 3 years. The holiday home is 84 m² and is build in 1973. In 2002 the holiday home was renovated. No pets allowed. The holiday home is equipped with 1 energy-friendly air-to-air heat pump. The holiday home has washing machine. Freezer capacity of 40 litres. Further more there is 1 wood-burning stove. For the youngest ones there is 1 high chair.

Outside
The holiday home is situated on a 1225 m² garden site. The site is fenced in. Situated 600 m from the sea. Nearest shop is 900 m away. You will find a golf course in a distance of 2800 m. Furthermore the house has a 28 m² covered terrace. You find a tool shed. Swing. Sandbox. Barbecue at your disposal. Parking place by the holiday home.

Bed situation
All together there are 3 bedrooms. The beds are divided on: 2 sleeping places in double bed. 2 sleeping places in single beds. 2 sleeping places in bunk bed. 2 sleeping places on mattresses. 2 of these sleeping accommmodations are located in the annex and 2 of them on the bed-loft. Moreover 1 cot for a baby (0-3 years).

Kitchen
The kitchen is equipped with 1 refrigerator. There are 4 ceramic cooking plates, hot-air oven and dishwasher.

Toilet and bathroom
There is 1 bathroom with shower cabinet and 1 toilet.. There is floor heating in 1 bathroom.

Multimedia
The holiday home contains 1 TV.1 Chromecast. Radio. No TV channels - only streaming. Wireless internet at your disposal.

Worth knowing
Youth groups (15-25 years of age) not allowed. Smoking is prohibited. By violation of this prohibition a fee of min. EUR 420 will be charged.

Hyggeligt hus med overdækket terrasse og en fin rummelig have. Rigtig god beliggenhed tæt ved stranden.

Das Haus hat uns gefallen, ist gut ausgestattet, vor allem auch die Küche. Die Umgebung ist ruhig , sehr schön, angenehme Nachbarschaft und nicht zu weit zum Strand. Wir hatten einen tollen Urlaub.
