Lay-out
Holiday home suitable for 6 persons . The holiday home is 68 m² and is build in 2002. No pets allowed. The holiday home has washing machine. Freezer capacity of 40 litres. Further more there is 1 wood-burning stove. For the youngest ones there is 1 high chair.

The holiday home is situated on a 512 m² garden site. The site is fenced in. Situated 200 m from the sea. Nearest shop is 75 m away. A 40 m² terrace belong to the holiday home. Furthermore the house has a 15 m² covered terrace. You find a tool shed. Swing. Sandbox. Barbecue at your disposal. Parking place by the holiday home.

All together there are 3 bedrooms. The beds are divided on: 2 sleeping places in double bed. 4 sleeping places in sofa bed (double).

The kitchen is equipped with 1 refrigerator. There are 4 ceramic cooking plates, hot-air oven, microwave oven and dishwasher.

There is 1 bathroom with shower cabinet and 1 toilet.

Worth knowing

Wir waren bereits mehrfach in dem Ferienhaus, weil die Lage, Größe und Ausstattung für uns passt. Leider hat sich an der Innenausstattung seit 9 Jahren nicht viel geändert (Schrank im Schlafzimmer, Couch im Wohnzimmer). Das könnte moderner gestaltet werden.

Das Haus hat eine super Lage, nicht weit zum Strand und die Stadt. Garten sehr gepflegt. Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Zeit.
