Holiday home suitable for 12 persons as well as 1 child up to 3 years. The holiday home is 210 m² and is build in 1993. You can bring along 2 pets. The holiday home is equipped with 1 energy-saving air-to-air heat pump. There is floorheating in the living room. The holiday home has washing machine. Tumble dryer. Freezer capacity of 110 litres. Further more there is 1 wood-burning stove. For the youngest ones there is 1 high chair.

Outside
The holiday home is situated on a 3000 m² natural site. The site is fenced in. Situated 50 m from the sea. Nearest shop is 400 m away. You will find a golf course in a distance of 2000 m. A 70 m² terrace belong to the holiday home. Swing. Sandbox. Play tower. Slide. Shelter. Barbecue at your disposal. Parking place by the holiday home.

Swimming pool
You can play and have a great time together in the indoor swimming pool. The swimming pool is 4 m wide, 5 m long and it is up to 1,4 m deep. The water temperature is between 24 and 28 ° C hot.The swimming pool has a countercurrent facility. There is floor heating in the swimmingpool area.

Bed situation
All together there are 4 bedrooms. The beds are divided on: 6 sleeping places in double beds. 3 sleeping places in single beds. 3 sleeping places on mattresses. 3 of these sleeping accommmodations are located on the bed-loft of the house. Moreover 1 cot for a baby (0-3 years).

Kitchen
The kitchen is equipped with 1 refrigerator. There are 4 induction cooking plates, hot-air oven, microwave oven and dishwasher.

Toilet and bathroom
There are 2 bathrooms with shower cabinet and 2 toilets. There is floor heating in 2 bathrooms. The sauna offers opportunity for relaxation.

You can relax in the indoor whirlpool for 4 persons.

Worth knowing

Das Grundstück ist toll, gerade im Hinblick auf Hunde oder Kinder. Der Strand ist ca. 150 Meter entfernt und sehr ruhig. Die Lage des Hauses ist sehr ruhig, was den Aufenthalt angenehm machte.

Et skønt hus og fin strand.tag gerne selv med større ildfaste forme idet man noterer at der grilles meget. Jeg medbragte hele min familie og savnede udstyr til ovnen. Opvaskemaskinen er heller ikke stor nok.Brandalarmen gik igang uden årsag. Men vi havde også hedebølde og varmerekord.tak for denne gang

Es ist ein wirklich tolles Haus im 90er-Jahre-Chic mit einem sehr schönen, großen und uneinsehbaren Waldgrundstück in perfekter Lage zum Strand. Der Pool-Bereich ist super und wurde von uns täglich genutzt. Alles ist sauber und gepflegt und sehr gut ausgestattet. Die Küche ist nagelneu und es gibt einen Side-by-Side-Kühlschrank, der auf Knopfdruck Eiswürfel zubereitet. Wenn es etwas zu bemängeln gibt, sind das die arg durchgelegenen Betten, die mal ausgetauscht werden könnten, und der teilweise runtergetretene Maschendraht-Zaun zum Wald. Dieser wurde weder von den Rehen noch von unserer mittelgroßen Hündin ernst genommen. Hier wären feste, etwas höhere Zaunelemente schöner. Ansonsten haben wir einen wundervollen Urlaub in dem Haus verbracht und uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Vi havde en dejlig ferie, men måtte dog afbryde den pga. af dødsfald. Men det er ikke sidste gang jeg benytter Sog og Strand til at finde det helt rigtige sommerhus.

Wir hatten einen schönen Familienurlaub. Das Haus ist schön eingerichtet. Wir konnten bei schlechtem Wetter im Pool baden und den Kaminofen anmachen. Der Weg zum Strand war kurz.

Dejligt med stranden tæt på. Dejlig stor lukket have, vigtigt for os, så børn og hunde ikke kan komme ud på vejen. Dejlig stor pool.

Die Hausaufteilung ist sehr gut, da wir mit 2 Familien dort waren, auch die Lage ist auch sehr schön, wobei 50 m zum Strand, wie angegeben, keinesfalls stimmen, da sich dieses Haus in 3. Haus Reihe befindet. Der Poolbereich ist sehr gross und schön. Die Küche und einiges Inventar sind schon in die Jahre gekommen. Der Spielplatz war auch wunderbar. Ansonsten war es ein angenehmer und ruhiger Aufenthalt.

Wir waren mit 7 Personen in diesem wunderschönen großen und rustikalen Ferienhaus. Wir waren bereits zum vierten Mal dort und jedesmal begeistert von Haus, Grundstück und Umgebung.

Det er et rigtig dejligt hus med både masser af køkkengrej og plads. Der var desuden gode brætspil man kunne benytte og legeområdet til børn udenfor var også fint. Det var ydermere lækkert tæt på en god strand. Man skal være opmærksom på at den indhegnede grund ikke er lavet til at holde hunde større end bittesmå inde.

Das Ferienhaus ist gut ausgestattet und durch die Raumaufteilung gut geeignet für einen Urlaub mit zwei Familien. Die massiven Wände bieten guten Schallschutz, was vor allem mit kleinen Kindern ein großer Vorteil ist. Die Nähe zum Strand und der Pool waren super. Die Küche ist schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen und teilweise merkt man dem Haus sein Alter an (Türen, die sich nicht richtig öffnen lassen U.ä.)
