Holiday home suitable for 8 persons as well as 1 child up to 3 years. The holiday home is 96 m² and is build in 1996. In 2021 the holiday home was partial renovated. No pets allowed. The holiday home has washing machine. Freezer capacity of 60 litres. Further more there is 1 wood-burning stove. For the youngest ones there is 1 high chair.

Outside
The holiday home is situated on a 1000 m² garden site. Situated 800 m from the sea. Nearest shop is 500 m away. You will find a golf course in a distance of 2000 m. A 50 m² terrace belong to the holiday home. Furthermore the house has a 6 m² covered terrace. You find a tool shed. Swing. Sandbox. Petanque. Barbecue at your disposal. Carport is at your disposal. Parking place by the holiday home.

Bed situation
All together there are 3 bedrooms. The beds are divided on: 6 sleeping places in double beds.2 sleeping places in alcove. Moreover 1 cot for a baby (0-3 years).

Kitchen
The kitchen is equipped with 1 refrigerator. There are 4 induction cooking plates, baking oven, microwave oven and dishwasher.

Toilet and bathroom
There is 1 bathroom with shower cabinet and 2 toilets, hereof 1 guest bathroom. There is floor heating in 1 bathroom. The sauna offers opportunity for relaxation.

Whirlpool
You can relax in the indoor whirlpool for 2 persons.You can relax in the outdoor prefilled whirlpool for 7 persons.

Worth knowing

Sehr schönes und gemütliches Haus mit guter Einrichtung und gepflegtem Grundstück. Das Haus liegt nahe zum Stadtzentrum und Strand. Sehr schön fanden wir den Whirlpool der aber leider keinen Coverlifter für die recht schwere Abdeckung hat.

Wir haben zwei wunderschöne Wochen in dem Haus verbracht und uns sehr wohlgefühlt. Das Haus ist sehr gepflegt. Das Grundstück ist einsehbar, jedoch liegt das Haus in einer ruhigen Straße, so dass man sich nicht gestört fühlt. Es hat die perfekte Lage. De Whirlpool auf der Terrasse ist ein kleines Highlight. Einzig ein paar Gebrauchsgegenstände könnten erneuert werden (zB der Grill, die Jalousien im Bad). Ansonsten alles super. Wir kommen gerne wieder. Auch den Service von Sonne und Strand möchten wir loben. Es wurde sich hervorragend gekümmert. Wir buchen gerne wieder bei euch!

Flott beliggenhet. Gangavstand til Strand, restaurant og butikker. 5 gang i samme hus.

Tolles Ferienhaus, der Hot Tub draußen ist der Wahnsinn, auch bei schlechtem Wetter kann man dort toll entspannen, auch der Garten ist riesig. Sogar Boule-kugeln, Bälle und Crocket waren vorhanden, um es im Garten zu spielen. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet und noch recht neu. Die Schlafzimmer sind etwas klein, aber die Betten gemütlich, das Bad ist etwas älter aber sauber. Der Strand ist fußläufig und toll für Kinder zum Baden, da sehr flach. Uns hat der Aufenthalt dort sehr gut gefallen, wir würden jederzeit wieder in dieses Haus kommen.
