A 50 m² terrace belong to the holiday home. Furthermore the house has a 14 m² covered terrace. Plug for charging electric car is available. Parking place by the holiday home.

General:
Wir waren bereits zum vierten Mal als Familie unterschiedlicher Generationen in diesem, für uns perfekten Ferienhaus. Das bauliche Konzept des Hauses mit 3 separaten Schlafräumen, 2 Bädern, großem Wohnraum, offener Küche und Wintergarten lassen keine Wünsche offen. Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet.Gasherd, Geschirrspüler und vorallem auch die beiden riesigen Kühlschränke wussten wir sehr zu schätzen. Sogar eine Klimaanlage ist vorhanden, auch wenn es diesmal ohne ging. Die Außenanlagen mit 4 Terrassen, eine davon überdacht, dazu noch eine Feuerstelle, lassen alle Möglichkeiten offen, z. B. für Sonne oder auch Schatten, je nach Bedarf. Sehr schön fanden wir auch die kpl. Einfriedung des Grunstückes und dem damit einhergehenden Sichtschutz. Die Möblierung ist auch im Außenberch reichlich vorhanden.
