Lay-out
Holiday home suitable for 6 persons . The holiday home is 56 m² and is build in 1988. In 2017 the holiday home was partial renovated. No pets allowed. The holiday home is equipped with energy-saving heat pump. Freezer capacity of 10 litres. Further more there is 1 wood-burning stove. For the youngest ones there is 1 high chair.

Outside
The holiday home is situated on a 6350 m² garden site. Situated 200 m from the sea. Nearest shop is 700 m away. You will find a golf course in a distance of 2000 m. A 7 m² terrace belong to the holiday home.

Bed situation
All together there are 2 bedrooms. The beds are divided on: 2 sleeping places in double bed. 2 sleeping places in bunk bed.2 sleeping places in alcove.

Kitchen
The kitchen is equipped with 1 refrigerator. There are 4 ceramic cooking plates, hot-air oven and dishwasher.

Toilet and bathroom
There is 1 bathroom with shower cabinet and 1 toilet.. There is floor heating in 1 bathroom.

Multimedia
The holiday home contains 1 TV. Radio. At least 4 Danish channels. At least 4 German channels. Wireless internet at your disposal.

Worth knowing
Youth groups (15-25 years of age) not allowed. Smoking is prohibited. By violation of this prohibition a fee of min. EUR 420 will be charged. You find 2 washing machines and 1 dryer in shared laundry house.

Perfekt avstand til strand og Marielyst. Huset passer perfekt til familie på 4-6 personer. Hyggelig folk som jobbet i hagen etc. Kontor ved siden av hytten om det skulle være noe.

Mein Urlaub war erholsam und genau das, was ich gesucht habe. Das Häuschen und die Einrichtung waren genau wie beschrieben bzw. wie auf den Fotos dargestellt. Die Betten, aber vor allem die Oberbetten sauber und gepflegt! Im Haus war fast alles vorhanden, was man für einen schönen Urlaub und den "Alltag" benötigt. Nicht zu vergessen die Lage: einfach perfekt, die Nähe zum Strand und ebenso zu den Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Besser geht schon fast nicht mehr, wenn man auch noch Ruhe zu genießen möchte :-)

Waren über Weihnachten dort und haben uns sehr gut erholen können. Haus ist für 2-4 Personen auch während der kalten Jahreszeit gut geeignet.

Das war ein schöner Urlaub. Das Haus war bei Übergabe geheizt, das Haus war super sauber, das erste Mal in den letzten 20 Jahren gab es Nichts zu beanstanden in Sachen Sauberkeit. Ein Manko gab es, die Matratzen waren schon sehr verschlossen, hier müsste man einmal investieren in neue Matratzen. Das ist das Einzige was anzumerken ist, sonst alles Prima, vielen Dank, wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Vi var meget tilfredse med huset, det var rent og pænt ved ankomst. Dejlig indrettet og med alt nødvendige udstyr i køkken. Opvaskemaskinen gik i stykker på første vask og dagen efter blev der installeret en ny, super service. Området et fint og meget velholdt, super beliggenhed med kort afstand til strand og by. Vi var meget tilfredse med vores ophold.
