Lay-out
Holiday home suitable for 8 persons . The holiday home is 81 m² and is build in 1988. In 2016 the holiday home was partial renovated. No pets allowed. The holiday home is equipped with energy-saving heat pump. Freezer capacity of 10 litres. Further more there is 1 wood-burning stove. For the youngest ones there is 1 high chair.

Outside
The holiday home is situated on a 6350 m² garden site. Situated 200 m from the sea. Nearest shop is 700 m away. You will find a golf course in a distance of 2000 m. A 13 m² terrace belong to the holiday home.

Bed situation
All together there are 3 bedrooms. The beds are divided on: 6 sleeping places in double beds.2 sleeping places in alcove.

Kitchen
The kitchen is equipped with 1 refrigerator. There are 4 ceramic cooking plates, hot-air oven and dishwasher.

Toilet and bathroom
There is 1 bathroom with shower cabinet and 1 toilet.. There is floor heating in 1 bathroom.

Multimedia
The holiday home contains 1 TV. Radio. At least 4 Danish channels. At least 4 German channels. Wireless internet at your disposal.

Worth knowing
Youth groups (15-25 years of age) not allowed. Smoking is prohibited. By violation of this prohibition a fee of min. EUR 420 will be charged. You find 2 washing machines and 1 dryer in shared laundry house.

Super sauberes Haus mit top gepflegter Anlage und netten Verwaltern. Im Haus war Platz genug und alles was man braucht war vorhanden. Wir hatten einen tollen Urlaub.

Enorm genoten met ons gezin van dit prachtige en complete verblijf! Mooie, omgeving, heerlijk rustig en tegelijkertijd een goede uitvalsbasis voor dagtrips. Dichtbij het gezellige dorp Maryliest, mooi en schoon strand naast de deur. Top!

Vi havde en fantastisk ferie med børn svigerbørn og børnebørn. Et lille ønske kunne være at renovere/nytænke. Har lagt et par plastikbolde, håber andre kan få glæde af disse
