The holiday home is situated on a 6350 m² garden site. Situated 200 m from the sea. Nearest shop is 700 m away. You will find a golf course in a distance of 2000 m. A 13 m² terrace belong to the holiday home.

Swimming pool
You can play and have a great time together in the indoor swimming pool. The swimming pool is 4 m wide, 5,5 m long and it is up to 1,25 m deep. The water temperature is between 24 and 28 ° C hot.

Bed situation
All together there are 3 bedrooms. The beds are divided on: 6 sleeping places in double beds.2 sleeping places in alcove.

Kitchen
The kitchen is equipped with 1 refrigerator. There are 4 ceramic cooking plates, hot-air oven and dishwasher.

Toilet and bathroom
There is 1 bathroom with shower cabinet and 2 toilets, hereof 1 guest bathroom. Extra shower in the pool section. There is floor heating in 1 bathroom. The sauna offers opportunity for relaxation.

Worth knowing
Youth groups (15-25 years of age) not allowed. Smoking is prohibited. By violation of this prohibition a fee of min. EUR 420 will be charged. You find 2 washing machines and 1 dryer in shared laundry house.
