This former farm suitable for 24 persons as well as 2 children up to 3 years. The holiday home is 215 m², in 2 levels, and is build in 1925. In 2017 the holiday home was renovated. No pets allowed. The holiday home is equipped with energy-saving heat pump. There is floorheating all over the holiday home. The holiday home has washing machine. Tumble dryer. Freezer capacity of 60 litres. For the youngest ones there are 2 high chairs.

Outside
The holiday home is situated on a 5014 m² garden site. Situated 1500 m from the sea. Nearest shop is 1300 m away. A 60 m² terrace belong to the holiday home. You find a tool shed. Swing. Trampoline. Play tower. Slide. Football goal. Parking place by the holiday home.

All together there are 9 bedrooms. The beds are divided on: 4 sleeping places in double beds. 14 sleeping places in single beds. 6 sleeping places on mattresses. 6 of these sleeping accommmodations are located on the bed-loft of the house. Moreover 2 cots for babies (0-3 years).

The kitchen is equipped with 3 refrigerators. There are 8 induction cooking plates, 2 hot-air ovens, microwave oven and dishwasher.

There are 3 bathrooms with shower cabinet and 3 toilets. There is floor heating in 3 bathrooms.

Whirlpool
You can relax in the outdoor prefilled whirlpool for 6 persons.

Worth knowing
The house is available from 4 p.m. on the day of arrival. Youth groups (15-25 years of age) not allowed. Smoking is prohibited. By violation of this prohibition a fee of min. EUR 420 will be charged.

Huset er egnet til den store familie med mange forskellige aldre, der er god plads og fine rammer til både at samles fælles i det rummelige køkken, men også at kunne trække sig ovenpå, hvis der fx skal puttes mindre børn eller teenageren gerne vil have ro til at sove længe. Der er god mulighed for hygge at nyde spa og gode udendørsfaciliteter til leg og boldspil

Vi skulle primært bruge huset til en 30 års fødselsdag. < br /> < br />Fælles arealer som Stuer, terrasse og Køkken var i god stand. < br /> < br />Gården var fyldt med udkrudt, der er gammelt ikke vedligeholdt hegn som både hænger og er møg beskidt. < br /> < br />Nogle værelser er misligholdt, med hul i væggen og faldefærdige paneler. < br /> < br />Nogle døre kunne ikke lukkes ordenligt og kan ses igennem.

Huset var fint til 16 mennesker, med godt køkken med dobbelt af kogeplader, ovne, køleskabe og opvaskemaskiner. Gode spiseborde og stole, mange siddepladser i stue. God stor grund med plads til stor fodboldbane. Beliggenhed Ok i forhold til indkøb.
