The holiday home is situated on a 1600 m² natural site. Situated 30 m from the sea. Nearest shop is 200 m away. You will find a golf course in a distance of 2500 m. A 25 m² terrace belong to the holiday home. Furthermore the house has a 15 m² covered terrace. Free common parking 50-90 m from the house.

All together there are 2 bedrooms. The beds are divided on: 4 sleeping places in double beds. 3 sleeping places in bunk beds. Moreover 1 cot for a baby (0-3 years).

The kitchen is equipped with 1 refrigerator. There are 4 ceramic cooking plates, hot-air oven, microwave oven and dishwasher.

Toilet and bathroom
There are 2 bathrooms with shower cabinet and 2 toilets.

Worth knowing
Youth groups (15-25 years of age) not allowed. Smoking is prohibited. By violation of this prohibition a fee of min. EUR 420 will be charged. There is a common parking space near the house. REMEMBER to place the correctly filled in parking ticket in the car's windscreen. In the absence of a parking ticket, it can cost a fine. It is FORBIDDEN to park by the house. Only baggage loading and unloading is allowed. Parking tickets are available in the house.
