Lay-out
Holiday home suitable for 6 persons . The holiday home is 70 m² and is build in 1990. In 2015 the holiday home was renovated. No pets allowed. The holiday home is equipped with energy-saving heat pump.} Freezer capacity of 10 litres. Further more there is 1 wood-burning stove.

Outside
The holiday home is situated on a 100 m² natural site. Situated 55 m from the sea. Nearest shop is 300 m away. You will find a golf course in a distance of 2500 m. A 15 m² terrace belong to the holiday home. Furthermore the house has a 10 m² covered terrace. Free common parking 50-90 m from the house.

Bed situation
All together there are 2 bedrooms. The beds are divided on: 2 sleeping places in double bed. 4 sleeping places in bunk beds.

Kitchen
The kitchen is equipped with 1 refrigerator. There are 4 ceramic cooking plates, hot-air oven, microwave oven and dishwasher.

Toilet and bathroom
There is 1 bathroom with shower cabinet and 1 toilet.

Multimedia
The holiday home contains 1 TV. Radio. At least 4 Danish channels. At least 4 German channels. Wireless internet at your disposal.

Worth knowing
Youth groups (15-25 years of age) not allowed. Smoking is prohibited. By violation of this prohibition a fee of min. EUR 420 will be charged. There is a shared parking lot near the house. Please remember to place a correctly filled-in parking ticket visibly in your car’s windscreen. Failure to display a valid ticket may result in a fine. Parking directly by the house is strictly prohibited. Stopping is only allowed for loading and unloading the car. Parking tickets are available inside the house.

huset ligger perfekt til badeture og vandreture på diget. Endvidere kan man cykle til Hesnæs den ene vej og til Gedser den anden. Næsten hele vejen på diget

Wir haben dieses Haus schon mehrfach gemietet und waren auch diesmal zufrieden. Wir haben uns gefreut, dass das Sofa in den letzten Jahren erneuert wurde und auch die Bettdecken und Kissen hochwertiger sind als zuvor. Die Matratzen sind sehr weich für unseren Geschmack und wir haben einen Toaster vermisst, den uns aber netterweise Sonne & Strand kostenlos zu Verfügung gestellt hat. Die Lage zum Strand ist unschlagbar. Wir kommen bestimmt wieder.

Fint hus, rar beliggenhed. Naboer tæt på, men ikke nogen gene for os. Butil og rar restaurant tæt på, Lupintorvet.

Wir waren zum vierten Mal hier und zum ersten Mal in diesem Ferienhaus. Top Ausstattung in Toplage. Alles sehr liebevoll gestaltet und der Strand ist ein Traum. Wir waren sehr erholt und kommen sicher wieder!

Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Urlaub in einem wirklich tollen Haus. Das Haus war sehr sauber und in dem Haus ist alles vorhanden was man braucht. Vor allem eine moderne Einrichtung in einer traumhafte ruhigen Lage. Der Weg zum Meer liegt direkt am Haus und der Strand ist super schön. Alles war perfekt.
