Lay-out
Holiday home suitable for 4 persons as well as 1 child up to 3 years. The holiday home is 60 m² and is build in 1967. In 2000 the holiday home was partial renovated. No pets allowed. The holiday home is equipped with energy-saving heat pump.} Freezer capacity of 10 litres. Further more there is 1 wood-burning stove. For the youngest ones there is 1 high chair.

Outside
The holiday home is situated on a 1000 m² garden site. Situated 700 m from the sea. Nearest shop is 1000 m away. You will find a golf course in a distance of 1000 m. Furthermore the house has a 18 m² covered terrace with 2 skylight windows. Parking place by the holiday home.

Bed situation
All together there are 2 bedrooms. The beds are divided on: 4 sleeping places in double beds. Moreover 1 cot for a baby (0-3 years).

Kitchen
The kitchen is equipped with 1 refrigerator. There are 4 ceramic cooking plates, hot-air oven, microwave oven and dishwasher. There is floor heating in the kitchen.

Toilet and bathroom
There is 1 bathroom with shower cabinet and 1 toilet.. There is floor heating in 1 bathroom.

Multimedia
The holiday home contains 1 TV. Radio. CD player. At least 4 Danish channels. At least 4 German channels. Wireless internet at your disposal.

Worth knowing
Youth groups (15-25 years of age) not allowed. Smoking is prohibited. By violation of this prohibition a fee of min. EUR 420,- will be charged.

Grund / have var hyggelig og indbydende, med gode muligheder for at søge sol, læ og skygge. < br />Huset levede på ingen måde op til forventningerne ud fra beskrivelse og billeder på nettet. Især var stuen meget mørkt / dunkel. På trods af daglige og langvarige udluftninger var der ugen igennem meget dårlig lugt i huset (spec. i de 2 værelser). < br />Al loftslys var tilsluttet via stikkontakter og ikke via lampe udtag i lofter

Haven er skøn. Mange muligheder for sol og skygge plads. Stuen er meget mørk. Der var en speciel lugt i værelserne, som ikke forsvandt i løbet af ugen, trods åbenstående vinduer

Wir haben den Ort Marielyst schon das zweite Mal besucht. Ort und Strand optimal. Haus im Aussenbereich ok. Sonst nicht unser Ding.

Das Grundstück war sehr sauber und aufgeräumt. Das Haus hat eine schöne überdachte Terrasse. Es ist funktionell und gemütlich eingerichtet, leider ist das Wohnzimmer ein bisschen dunkel. Im Haus gibt es keinen Kleiderschrank, nur Kommoden und Kleiderhaken. Der Schalter für die Fußbodenheizung im Bad ist sehr versteckt hinter dem Vorhang im Flur unter dem Boiler. Wir haben uns hier sehr wohl gefühlt.

Es war alles ok. Das Haus war toll, der Strand super. Es war unser zweiter schöner Urlaub in Marielyst und wir kommen gerne wieder. Bei unserem nächsten Urlaub suchen wir uns dann aber ein Haus in Strandnähe aus. Der Weg in diesem Jahr war einfach zu weit und wir mussten immer fahren. Dennoch hatten wir einen Superurlaub im sehr schönen und sehr freundlichen Dänemark! Liebe Grüße aus Wiesbaden Doris & Robert
