Holiday home suitable for 4 persons . The holiday home is 61 m² and is build in 1978. In 2016 the holiday home was renovated. You can bring along 2 pets. The holiday home is equipped with energy-saving heat pump. The holiday home has washing machine. Freezer capacity of 30 litres. Further more there is 1 bio fireplace.

Outside
The holiday home is situated on a 1041 m² garden site. The site is fenced in. Situated 850 m from the sea. Nearest shop is 2000 m away. You will find a golf course in a distance of 2500 m. A 50 m² terrace belong to the holiday home. Furthermore the house has a 20 m² covered terrace. Outdoor shower. Parking place by the holiday home.

All together there are 2 bedrooms. The beds are divided on: 2 sleeping places in double bed. 2 sleeping places in single beds.

Kitchen
The kitchen is equipped with 1 refrigerator. There are 4 ceramic cooking plates, hot-air oven and dishwasher.

There is 1 bathroom with shower cabinet and 1 toilet.

Das Haus hat unseren Erwartungen entsprochen. Gut für unsere zwei Hunde war das eingezäunte Grundstück.

Das Haus war toll für 2-4 Personen. Die Küchenausstattung war genau so, wie man sie im Normalfall auch braucht. Wohnzimmer, Schlafzimmer und Bad waren absolut gemütlich und schön. Das was man braucht. Sauber, freundlich, hell und einfach in Ordnung. Perfekt, wenn man Einfachheit und schlichten Stil und Funktionalität mag. Der naturbelassene Garten war super für die Hunde. Es gab immer etwas zum Schnüffeln. Wir waren Ende März dort und es war angenehm ruhig. Ein Träumchen. Der nahegelegenen eingezäunte Hundewald war total toll. Im Sommer bestimmt ein angenehm schattiger Treffpunkt für ?? ?? und Besitzer ??. Einkaufen, Café und Eisdiele sowie Bummeln, alles ist möglich. Den tollen Strand genießen... die Glaspusteri gehört zum Pflichtprogramm ??. Ich würde es wieder buchen, wenn ein Kaminofen drin wäre. Sonst dann doch eher wenn's wärmer ist. Wir hatten Sorge, zu viel und zu lange zu heizen. Die Sorge war im Nachhinein allerdings unbegründet. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Da das Grundstück von Kiefern und Birken umgeben ist, sollten Asthmatiker aber vorbereitet sein.

Vælg huset, hvis I er 2 personer. Prisen ligger i den høje ende i forhold til hus og grund. Er I til den voluminøse side, kan det være svært at dumpe ned på "børnetoilettet." (Toilettet var meget lille).

Wir waren Ende März dort. Ein schönes kleines Häuschen mit einer großen Terrasse für wärmere Tage. Es gab alles was man so braucht. Ein Problem das ich allerdings in vielen Objekten bemängle sind die durchgelegenen Betten.
