Holiday home suitable for 6 persons . The holiday home is 70 m² and is build in 1964. In 2001 the holiday home was partial renovated. No pets allowed.} Freezer capacity of 10 litres.

Outside
The holiday home is situated on a 788 m² garden site. Situated 650 m from the sea. Nearest shop is 200 m away. You will find a golf course in a distance of 1500 m. A 40 m² terrace belong to the holiday home. Furthermore the house has a 12 m² covered terrace. Carport is at your disposal. Parking place by the holiday home.

Bed situation
All together there are 3 bedrooms. The beds are divided on: 2 sleeping places in double bed. 2 sleeping places in bunk bed. 2 sleeping places in sofa bed (double).

Kitchen
The kitchen is equipped with 2 refrigerators. There are 4 ceramic cooking plates, hot-air oven.

Toilet and bathroom
There is 1 bathroom with shower cabinet and 1 toilet.

Worth knowing

Bisschen umständlich mit WC , Dusche und Waschbecken, man wird im Schlafzimmer blockiert

Das Grundstück ist klasse, die Kinder konnten draußen spielen von morgens bis abends. Das Haus war toll, man hat alles was man braucht. Die Kirsche auf der Torte wäre eine Waschmaschine für einen längeren Aufenthalt. Das Zentrum und der Strand sind in wenigen Fußminuten erreichbar. Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Familienurlaub.

Schönes Ferienhaus in toller Lage Nur 15 Gehminuten vom Strand und 15 min vom Angelteich entfernt Einkaufsmöglichkeiten zu Fuß erreichbar Im Haus gibt es WLAN, im Schuppen Wäscheständer und Klammern ( keine Waschmaschine) Kein Geschirrspüler, genügend Geschirr vorhanden

Das Zimmer mit dem Waschbecken ist leider ein Durchgangszimmer. Wenn man dort ungestört sein will, muss man 2 Türen abschließen, die zum Schlafzimmer und die zum Wohnzimmer. Somit kommt keiner ins WC und in das große Schlafzimmer oder aus dem Schlafzimmer heraus. Das ist umständlich und durch den fehlenden Grundriss leider im Vorhinein nicht zu erkennen. Ansonsten ist das Ferienhaus wie auf den Fotos dargestellt. Allerdings war es leider nicht angenehm auf der Schlafcouch zu schlafen, da diese sehr dünn, durchgelegen und hart ist. Die Betten der anderen Zimmer waren aber in Ordnung. Ansonsten ist das Ferienhaus sehr gepflegt, zentral und trotzdem ruhig gelegen. Auch die Küche war mehr als ausreichend ausgestattet.
