Holiday home suitable for 6 persons . The holiday home is 70 m² and is build in 1969. In 2003 the holiday home was renovated. No pets allowed. The holiday home is equipped with energy-saving heat pump.} Freezer capacity of 30 litres. Further more there is 1 wood-burning stove. For the youngest ones there is 1 high chair.

Outside
The holiday home is situated on a 1069 m² garden site. Situated 260 m from the sea. Nearest shop is 400 m away. You will find a golf course in a distance of 4000 m. A 70 m² terrace belong to the holiday home. Furthermore the house has a 20 m² covered terrace. Swing. Plug for charging electric car is available. Charging socket type 2. Parking place by the holiday home.

Bed situation
All together there are 3 bedrooms. The beds are divided on: 2 sleeping places in double bed. 2 sleeping places in single beds. 2 sleeping places in bunk bed.

Kitchen
The kitchen is equipped with 1 refrigerator. There are 4 ceramic cooking plates, hot-air oven, microwave oven and dishwasher.

Toilet and bathroom
There is 1 bathroom with shower cabinet and 1 toilet.. There is floor heating in 1 bathroom.

The holiday home contains 1 TV.1 DVD player. Radio. At least 4 Danish channels. Wireless internet at your disposal.

Worth knowing
Youth groups (15-25 years of age) not allowed. Smoking is prohibited. By violation of this prohibition a fee of min. EUR 420 will be charged.

Schönes einfaches Ferienhaus mit großer Terrasse und schönem Garten. Der Küchenbereich ist super. Bett auch!

Naja, Licht und Schatten. Das Ferienhaus ist schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen. 2 Schlafzimmer waren sehr gut benutzbar, Das 3. wäre mir etwas zu klein und eng. Haben es aber nicht gebraucht. Da wir tolles Wetter hatten, konnten wir immer auf der Terrasse essen. Das Wohnzimmer "roch" leider etwas muffig. Der Fernseher könnte auch mal ausgetauscht werden, Ein deutscher Sender, bissel wenig. Das Grundstück ist sehr schön, Liegen und viele Sitzgelegenheiten vorhanden. Der Weg an den herrlichen Strand mit ca. 500 m gut erreichbar.

Wir hatten wieder eine sehr schöne, erholsame Woche in unserem Lieblingshäuschen. Es ist alles vorhanden zum Wohlfühlen. Die Nähe zum Strand ist einfach wunderbar.
