Holiday home suitable for 8 persons as well as 1 child up to 3 years. The holiday home is 92 m² and is build in 1994. No pets allowed. The holiday home has washing machine. Tumble dryer. Freezer capacity of 55 litres. Further more there is 1 wood-burning stove. For the youngest ones there are 2 high chairs.

Outside
The holiday home is situated on a 1200 m² natural site. Situated 200 m from the sea. Nearest shop is 800 m away. You will find a golf course in a distance of 5000 m. A 20 m² terrace belong to the holiday home. Furthermore the house has a 16 m² covered terrace. Swing. Sandbox. Barbecue at your disposal. Parking place by the holiday home.

All together there are 4 bedrooms. The beds are divided on: 2 sleeping places in double bed. 2 sleeping places in single beds. 2 sleeping places in bunk bed.2 sleeping places in alcove. Moreover 1 cot for a baby (0-3 years).

Kitchen
The kitchen is equipped with 1 refrigerator. There are 4 ceramic cooking plates, hot-air oven, microwave oven and dishwasher.

Toilet and bathroom
There is 1 bathroom with shower cabinet and 2 toilets, hereof 1 guest bathroom. There is floor heating in 1 bathroom. The sauna offers opportunity for relaxation.

Worth knowing

Ferienhaus in sehr guter Lage, ca. 5 Minuten vom Strand entfernt. Das Haus ist komplett ausgestattet. < br />Sehr großes Grundstück mit mit toller Ausstattung (Sandkasten, Schaukel, usw.), Grill - alles was man zum Wohlfühlen braucht. < br />Wir hatten eine tollen Urlaub

Das Ferienhaus und der Garten sind ideal für Urlaub mit kleinen Kindern. Klasse ist der Bollerwagen, mit dem alles Notwendige für den Strand prima transportiert werden kann.

Das Ferienhaus ist wirklich supergut ausgestattet, vor allem für die Kinder (unsere sind 5 und 2). Es gibt so viele schöne Spielsachen für innen (Holzeisenbahn, Küche mit Zubehör, Barbies, Lego) und außen (Sandelsachen, Federball, Beachball) - da hätten wir unsere eigenen Spielsachen daheim lassen können:-) Aber auch die Küche lässt keine Wünsche offen und man findet wirklich ALLES, was man braucht. Das Haus ist liebevoll und praktisch eingerichtet und man fühlt sich direkt wohl!

Drei Generationen haben sich sehr wohl gefühlt. Zwei Toiletten sind super. Die Lage des Grundstücks ist perfekt. Ruhig. Naturnah. Rehbock, Amsel, Eichhörnchen guckten regelmäßig vorbei. Dicht an der Ostsee.
