Holiday home suitable for 12 persons as well as 1 child up to 3 years. The holiday home is 211 m² and is build in 1995. In 2019 the holiday home was renovated. In 2020 the holiday home was partial renovated. You can bring along 2 pets. The holiday home is equipped with 2 energy-friendly air-to-air heat pumps and 1 energy-friendly air-to-water heat pump as well as a energy-saving heat recycling system. The holiday home has washing machine. Tumble dryer. Further more there is 1 wood-burning stove. For the youngest ones there are 2 high chairs.

Outside
The holiday home is situated on a 2639 m² natural site. Situated 1200 m from the sea. Nearest shop is 1300 m away. A terrace belong to the holiday home. Petanque. Football goal. Barbecue at your disposal. Parking place by the holiday home.

Swimming pool
You can play and have a great time together in the indoor swimming pool. The swimming pool is 3,11 m wide, 5,8 m long and it is up to 1,35 m deep. The water temperature is between 24 and 28 ° C hot. A water slide is available.

Bed situation
All together there are 6 bedrooms. The beds are divided on: 8 sleeping places in double beds. 4 sleeping places in single beds. Moreover 1 cot for a baby (0-3 years).

Kitchen
The kitchen is equipped with 1 american refrigerator (310 litres cooling and 212 litres freezer capacity). There are 6 ceramic cooking plates, 2 hot-air ovens, microwave oven and dishwasher.

There are 3 bathrooms with shower cabinet and 3 toilets. There is floor heating in 1 bathroom. The sauna offers opportunity for relaxation.

Fantastisk hus, og veludstyret med alt man behøver og alt fungerede.. et vildmarksbad havde toppet oplevelsen.

General:
Mit 6 Personen und zwei Vierbeinern ist das Haus unterbesetzt ?? < br />Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Familienwoche . Uns hat allen ganz besonders die Küche (inkl. Ausstattung) gefallen. Wir kommen seit Jahrzehnten nach DK aber so eine Küche hatten wir noch nie. < br />Pool Sauna haben wir eine Woche genutzt und der Stromverbrauch geht m.e. in Ordnung. Die Terasse mit Mauer und Gartentor ist Hunde und Kleinkinder (hatten wir diesesmal noch nicht mit..) < br />Lediglich der Gasgrill sollte intensiv gereinigt und gewartet werden.
