Lay-out
Holiday home suitable for 6 persons as well as 1 child up to 3 years. The holiday home is 80 m² and is build in 1964. In 1997 the holiday home was renovated. In 2023 the holiday home was partial renovated. No pets allowed. The holiday home is equipped with 1 energy-saving air-to-air heat pump. The holiday home has washing machine. Tumble dryer. For the youngest ones there is 1 high chair. Changing table.

Outside
The holiday home is situated on a 1000 m² natural site. Situated 750 m from the sea. Nearest shop is 500 m away. You will find a golf course in a distance of 500 m. A terrace belong to the holiday home. Furthermore the house has a covered terrace. Equally, you have access to a sunroom. You find a tool shed. Situated 700 m from a playground.Fire place. Barbecue at your disposal. Parking place by the holiday home.

Bed situation
All together there are 2 bedrooms. The beds are divided on: 2 sleeping places in double bed. 4 sleeping places in single beds. 2 of these sleeping accommodations are located in the annex. Moreover 1 cot for a baby (0-3 years).

Kitchen
The kitchen is equipped with 1 refrigerator. There are 4 ceramic cooking plates, hot-air oven and dishwasher.

Toilet and bathroom
There is 1 bathroom with shower cabinet and 2 toilets, hereof 1 guest bathroom.

Whirlpool
You can relax in the outdoor hot tub for 6 persons.

The holiday home contains 1 Smart TV.1 Chromecast. 1-3 Danish channels. 1-3 Swedish channels. 1-3 German channels. Wireless internet at your disposal.

Worth knowing
Youth groups (15-25 years of age) not allowed. Smoking is prohibited. By violation of this prohibition a fee of min. EUR 420 will be charged.

Sehr gepflegtes Haus mit Nebengebäude, das ein eigenes Badezimmer hat. 4 ältere, aber funktionierende Fahrräder inklusive. Toller Hot Tub - Holzverkauf schräg gegenüber. Großer Gasgrill und Feuerstelle, große, teils überdachte Holzterasse mit viel Sitzmöglichkeiten und Luxusliegen. Wintergarten bei jedem Wetter gemütlich. Sehr nette Eigentümer, die sich schriftlich vorstellen. Danke, dass wir in Eurem Haus Urlaub machen konnten!

Das Ferienhaus war gemütlich und hatte eine passende Größe für uns. Es gab viele Möglichkeiten zum Verweilen. Durch die Überdachungen konnten wir auch im Regen draußen sitzen. Das Haus und das Gästehaus waren sehr sauber und gepflegt.

Das Ferienhaus ist eher etwas für Camper. Das Bad ist schon sehr alt und stark Renovierungsbedürftig. Die Zimmer sind klein und Camperartig ausgestattet. Preis/Leistung 200€ pro Tag ist schon sehr hoch gegriffen. Wir hatten max. 21°C und Regen. Bei höheren Temperaturen wird es sehr schnell heiß. Es existiert im Wohnzimmer Bereich eine Klimaanlage. Ob es bis in Schlafräumen reicht kann ich nicht sagen, eher nicht. Es gibt kein Toaster und Microwelle. Moskitonetze sind auch nicht vorhanden. In einen Schuppen stehen 2 Fahrräder die genutzt werden können. Leider waren die total verrostet, verdreckt und mit Spinnenweben bedeckt. WLAN Schlüssel für kostenloses Internet war nicht auf der Beschreibung notiert. Könnte aber nach längeren Suchen auf der Rückseite des Routers gefunden werden.

Hyggeligt sommerhus tæt på det hele .Fedt med dejlig stor overdækket terrasse ,men også med udestue ,hvor vi kunne opholde os ,når det blev for koldt .

Das Haus ist sehr alt und wird fortlaufend renoviert. Aber es war extrem gemütlich und sehr, sehr sauber. Keine technischen Macken und moderner TV. Erwarten Sie keine Top-Villa sondern ein gemütliches oldschool Haus.
