Lay-out
Holiday home suitable for 6 persons as well as 1 child up to 3 years. 4 of the beds is only suitable for older children (4-11 years). The holiday home is 70 m² and is build in 1990. No pets allowed. The holiday home has washing machine. Freezer capacity of 10 litres. Further more there is 1 wood-burning stove. For the youngest ones there are 2 high chairs. Changing table.

Outside
The holiday home is situated on a 350 m² natural site. Situated 250 m from the sea. Nearest shop is 100 m away. You will find a golf course in a distance of 1500 m. A 10 m² terrace belong to the holiday home. Furthermore the house has a 10 m² covered terrace. Free common parking 50-90 m from the house. You find a tool shed.

Bed situation
All together there are 2 bedrooms. The beds are divided on: 2 sleeping places in double bed. 4 sleeping places in bunk beds. Moreover 1 cot for a baby (0-3 years).

Kitchen
The kitchen is equipped with 1 refrigerator. There are 4 ceramic cooking plates, hot-air oven, microwave oven and dishwasher.

Toilet and bathroom
There is 1 bathroom with shower cabinet and 1 toilet.. There is floor heating in 1 bathroom.

Multimedia
The holiday home contains 1 TV.1 DVD player. Radio. Stereo set. CD player. At least 4 Danish channels. 1-3 German channels. Wireless internet at your disposal.

Worth knowing
Youth groups (15-25 years of age) not allowed. Smoking is prohibited. By violation of this prohibition a fee of min. EUR 420 will be charged. There is a common parking space near the house. REMEMBER to place the correctly filled in parking ticket in the car's windscreen. In the absence of a parking ticket, it can cost a fine. It is FORBIDDEN to park by the house. Only baggage loading and unloading is allowed. Parking tickets are available in the house.

Das gemütliche, mit Herz eingerichtete Ferienhaus war perfekt für unseren Familienurlaub. Es war alles da, was man braucht. Es gab sogar Spielsachen, ein Fernglas und Fahrräder, die wir mitbenutzen konnten. Wir haben uns gleich wie zu Hause gefühlt. Der Spielplatz, der Strand und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten waren schnell zu erreichen.

Das Haus war im einwandfreiem Zustand, sehr sauber und geruchsneutral, sehr praktisch, umfangreich und hübsch eingerichtet. Einrichtungsgegenstände ausnahmslos funktionsfähig intakt. Es fehlte uns an nichts und wir konnten den Urlaub in vollen Zügen genießen. Vielen Dank

Virkelig et fantastisk hus, vi gerne vil besøge igen. Der er de nødvendige ting til regnvejrsdage i hytten (brætspil, farveblyanter, dvd'er og cd'er) og stranden, byen, naturreservatet, streetfood markedet ved Lidl og golf&fun park til de solrige dage. Håber andre får en fantastisk ferie med skønne hus 98 som base, præcis som vi har haft i sommeren 2025.
