Lay-out
Holiday home suitable for 6 persons as well as 1 child up to 3 years. 1 of the beds is only suitable for an older child (4-11 years). The holiday home is 100 m² and is build in 1966. No pets allowed. The holiday home is equipped with energy-saving heat pump. The holiday home has washing machine. Freezer capacity of 60 litres. Further more there is 1 wood-burning stove. For the youngest ones there are 2 high chairs.

Outside
The holiday home is situated on a 1120 m² garden site. Situated 250 m from the sea. Nearest shop is 1000 m away. You will find a golf course in a distance of 2500 m. Furthermore the house has a 30 m² covered terrace. Parking place by the holiday home.

Bed situation
All together there are 3 bedrooms. The beds are divided on: 6 sleeping places in double beds. 4 sleeping places in bunk beds. 2 of these sleeping accommmodations are located in the annex. Moreover 1 cot for a baby (0-3 years).

Kitchen
The kitchen is equipped with 1 refrigerator. There are 4 ceramic cooking plates, hot-air oven, microwave oven and dishwasher.

Toilet and bathroom
There is 1 bathroom with shower cabinet and 1 toilet.

Whirlpool
You can relax in the outdoor hot tub for 4 persons.

Tolle Strand Nähe. Der 2. Schlafraum ist recht klein und auch mit Hochbett, statt 1-Bett ausgestattet. Es gibt viele Spielzeuge/ Spiele für Kinder. Es fehlte gemütliches Sitzmobilar im Aussenbereich. Der Garten ist im Aussenduschbereich einsehbar, fanden wir etwas schade. Teilweise ist es abgewohnt. Insgesamt fehlt es dem Haus etwas an Liebe.

Wir hatten wieder einen wunderschönen Urlaub in diesem Haus. Die Lage war für uns perfekt. Herrlich die Ruhe, die Nähe zum sehr schönen Sandstrand und die Ausstattung des Hauses mit dem Hot Tub. Es gibt auch einen großen Holzkohlegrill und eine Feuerstelle, was für uns sehr wichtig war.(ohne Holz, gibt es aber überall) Fahrräder empfanden wir als sehr sinnvoll, sei es für Ausflüge oder zum einkaufen. Es gibt einiges an Spielzeug und viel Platz für Kinder. Rehe kommen auch immer mal wieder zu Besuch. Einen besonderen Dank gilt dem Reinigungsteam und nat. auch den SONNE und STRAND Mitarbeitern. Wir kommen wieder.

Ideal für Familien mit Kindern es ist viel Spielzeug vorhanden und auch andere Dinge wie Schaukeln usw. Das Grundstück ist Groß und ein Kinderhaus sowie eine Schweden Tonne mit Solardusche ist auch vorhanden.

Ferienhaus ist gut ausgestattet, wir waren auch schon im Februar da es ist durchaus Winterfest, Holzofen und Wärmepumpe vorhanden.

Super Haus und der Weg zum Strand ist kurz. Für Kleinkinder und Kinder ist viel Spielzeug vorhanden desweiteren auch eine Wickel Auflage ein Hochstuhl, Kinderbett usw. Noch erwähnens Wert ist das für Ferienhäuser Große Badezimmer.
