Holiday home suitable for 6 persons as well as 1 child up to 3 years. 2 of the beds is only suitable for older children (4-11 years). The holiday home is 74 m² and is build in 1980. No pets allowed. The holiday home is equipped with 1 energy-saving air-to-air heat pump.} Freezer capacity of 30 litres. For the little ones, there is 1 high chair, 1 children's chair (similar to a Tripp Trapp chair), a changing mat and a baby bathtub.

Outside
The holiday home is situated on a 1132 m² garden site. Situated 250 m from the sea. Nearest shop is 1200 m away. You will find a golf course in a distance of 3600 m. A terrace belong to the holiday home. Furthermore the house has a covered terrace. Swing. Sandbox. Slide.Fire place. Barbecue at your disposal. Parking place by the holiday home.

Bed situation
All together there are 3 bedrooms. The beds are divided on: 4 sleeping places in double beds. 2 sleeping places in bunk bed. Moreover 1 cot for a baby (0-3 years).

The kitchen is equipped with 1 refrigerator. There are 4 ceramic cooking plates, hot-air oven, microwave oven and dishwasher.

Toilet and bathroom
There is 1 bathroom with shower cabinet and 1 toilet.

Wir waren mit unserem kleinen Sohn für zwei Wochen in diesem Ferienhaus. Es hat unsere Erwartungen wirklich übertroffen. Es ist sehr gemütlich und geräumig. Die Küche war top ausgestattet und auch sonst war alles da, was man benötigt! Das Grundstück ist perfekt für kleine Kinder: von außen nicht einsehbar, abgeschlossen, groß und ein Spielplatz mit Sandkasten und Rutsche ist vorhanden!
