Lay-out
Holiday home suitable for 6 persons . The holiday home is 70 m² and is build in 1990. No pets allowed.} Freezer capacity of 12 litres. Further more there is 1 wood-burning stove.

Outside
natural site. Situated 300 m from the sea. Nearest shop is 450 m away. You will find a golf course in a distance of 1000 m. A 14 m² terrace belong to the holiday home. Furthermore the house has a 12 m² covered terrace. Parking place by the holiday home.

Bed situation
All together there are 2 bedrooms. The beds are divided on: 2 sleeping places in double bed. 4 sleeping places in bunk beds.

Kitchen
The kitchen is equipped with 1 refrigerator. There are 4 ceramic cooking plates and a hot-air oven combined with a dishwasher.

Toilet and bathroom
There is 1 bathroom with shower cabinet and 1 toilet.. There is floor heating in 1 bathroom.

Multimedia
The holiday home contains 1 TV.1 Chromecast.1 DVD player. Playstation 2. At least 4 Danish channels. At least 4 German channels. Wireless internet at your disposal.

Worth knowing
There is a common parking space near the house. REMEMBER to place the correctly filled in parking ticket in the car's windscreen. In the absence of a parking ticket, it can cost a fine. It is FORBIDDEN to park by the house. Only baggage loading and unloading is allowed. Parking tickets are available in the house. Shared washing machine and dryer can be used against payment. Youth groups (15-25 years of age) not allowed. Smoking is prohibited. By violation of this prohibition a fee of min. EUR 420 will be charged.

Vi ankom til sommerhuset som ikke var gjort ordentlig rent, det var sand på gulvet, og uden for ved bord/bænksættet var der fyldt med spinnelvæv og sand. Vi kunne ikke finde p-billetterne, så den første dag fin vi en bøde på 850 kr. :( vi efter en time da vi tog en stol og søgte oppe over fjernsynes på en hylde, var de spredt ud over hylden, dette kunne man ikke se eller mærke nedefra. der burde være en mappe som bliver lagt frem til gæsterne efter rengøring, med at det man skal vide, ellers en ok ferie.

Wir haben einen Strafzettel wegen Falschparkens erhalten, obwohl wir die Parkkarte aus dem Ferienhaus sichtbar im Auto ausgelegt hatten.
